Sometimes when my mom calls from Iran this number shows up.

P.S. to my previous comments. I tried dialing from my home phone and I received a message saying my call could not be completed as dialed. And when I tried calling from cell phone all I got was a busy signal. Caller ID was INT OF IRAN

Called at 1:59p. Answered, and they hung up. they called again at 2:01p and this time I didn't answer, so the call went to my voice mail. When I checked my messages there was just another hang-up. I did some search for this number and it comes from Washigton, D.C. ??
