I am going through the same harassment from a Frank Waters and a Rose West...it started out months ago with a Jeffrey Allen calling, stating that he's an attorney (which he is not)... he took some time off for a few weeks, then called again identifying himself as Chris Vega..does this guy know who he is?  I contacted the BBB with a complaint which they forwarded on to them, and of course they never replied within the 30-day limit BBB allows to reply to a complaint.  They are rude that is for sure, basically now they left messages on my voicemail...I have not changed my number so I don't know what they are doing now.  Something is definitely very wrong with these people !!!!

Thanks to the advice of others I went to flofr.com and filed a complaint about Mrs West. She would not identify the debt she wished to collect and threatened to see me in court as if she were a counsel person.

I have seen many a debt collector in my days but none like this. This was the most shameless hang up and redial crazy office I have ever seen. I informed her I would be recording her calls for accuracy so I may contact the debtor to clear this up to which she responded get a life and hung up on me.

Please file complaints as I have, this is unethical and illegal.

I received a phone call from this unprofessional company! A Rose West, Frank Waters and Robert have been harrassing me. They told me I have 72 hours to get a lawyer and hung up on me. Who does this? Their crazy and I will be filing a law suit aganist this ignorant company.

An animal named frank Waters called me from 786 323-0027 and 305 940-1130 saying I owe Enterprise rent a car an x amount of money (have no ideia what is he talking) and that I have some hours to settle or he will take me to court and suspend my drivers license. He was screaming and saying I am a liar, I am trying to hide from them, etc etc.

I think there should be a law against this behavior. Who would hire these people to work for them> What a black eye it gives businesses.

Both Ms. West and Mr. Waters were very rude to me.  Both making the MOST bizarre statements about me and my personal life.  I just got this new phone number and have no idea who these people even are and certainly am not and am not connected in any way to the person they are looking for.  I find it so sad when unintelligent and uneducated, angry, and very unprofessional individuals are allowed to work in debt collection.  

I would like to report this company and the employees for harrassment.  Please advise on how to do this.

Yes, we owe a debt.I am not denying it, but this company is violating the law, and they have to be stopped.

But this guy is a real pain in the a**. He is rude, violates FDCPA on multiple occasions, lies, and has been harrassing us night and day. He has also played the "authorities will take all your assets", "we will be suing you", "get a good lawyer", etc messages. The last time I spoke with him, he said, "You are nothing...". I hung up on him after saying "Goodbye". I won't speak to him any longer. He can talk to my voicemail.

I told them yesterday to Cease and Desist on my phone number and he hung up on me when I asked for their address. I had to call back 3x to just get the address.

When I called for the address and proof of debt they asked me 4x if I wanted to give them their e-mail address. I told them multiple times no. Good thing I didn't seeing the post up above!

Half way through a phone call with my boyfriend (they never got my permission to speak with him or disclose my information) he claimed that he was recording all of the phone call, which is very much so illegal in the State of Florida unless you advise the person you're on the phone with at the beginning of the conversation that you intend to do so.

He also said that he would have the authorities at my house in a matter of hours.

now for the story - rose called several times being ugly, then frank and then frank called 12 times in a row also sending emails. they said they can call all they want no matter what I say because i'm a corperation vs an individual so I took it apon myself to call and back 100 times leavign messages and when getting someone I would just talk and talk wasting their time. << it drove them crazy and I just laughed. i called again and again sending emails etc. I called all numbers also doing the same.

they were happy to promise me they would not call again and would close my account. they don't make money when you waist their time, they only get paid when they collect money. it's bad ethical practice but legal for them to do what they do. Do it back to them, my attorney advised me to do so and it worked!!!! don't give up, keep it up, have fun with it until they give in.

We have been getting calls from these people. Same Waters and West. No talking only screaming and insults. I am filing a complaing with Fl state attorney. i am third party that has nothing to do with debt and I am getting harassed.

This number has been calling me and insulting me about incorrect collection information and they insult and even threaten me with a lawsiut and call me a thief.....It's both a man and a women by the name of Rose. A woman by the name of Rose West calle our business and with out hesitation started SCREAMING! porfanity and harassing our receptionist about some debt that we don't even owe. My receptionsist tried to calmly reason with this lady for several minutes and the SCREAMING just got worse!. I the owner finally took the call and it got even worse when I tried to explain she has the wrong company.

I have filed a complaint with the FTC and was instructed to file a complaint with our local state consumer affairs (Arizona) and also file with the Better Business Bureua.

This is totally unexceptable collection practice and is against the law. I will be recording future calls with this company and will persue full action against this collection agency!

Now he says his name is Frank Waters and that his company is Credit Counseling Corp. Woman claiming to be Mrs. West called early in the morning to yell and threaten to take to court. These tactics are against the law. Phone numbers they use are 305-940-1130 and 786-323-0027.

A gentleman by the name of Robert Cohen has been harassing myself and my staff continuously.  We have  a honest dispute with a vendor, have hired a an attorney and are looking to resolve the matter.  However; this individual continues to call, insult and harass our offices-    He uses unfair and un ethical collection tactics.  Part of his process is to SCREAM insults and bullying tactics. .    

If you are a victim of this gentleman's tactics; I encourage you to contact the FL state attorneys office and report him.  As of 12/11/08 his company has 4 Federal suits pending for this type of harassment.
