THIS IS ACTUALLY FOR CREDIT ONE BANK CREDIT CARD. THEY START CALLING YOU 50 TIMES A DAY, LEAVING NO MESSAGE BECAUSE TI IS AN AUTO DIALER, THE DAY AFTER YOUR PAYMENT IS DUE. IT IS SORRY TACTICS BUT LEGALLY THEY CAN CALL YOU AS MANY TIMES AS THEY WANT TO WITH OUT LEAVING A MESSAGE ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT A MESSAGE THEY CAN NOT CALL BACK THAT DAY.

You are a real jack off! People goes through things that you must have no clue about. Most people do not choose not to pay their bills, but things happen that prevents them from paying their bills, it is called life. Obviously you don't have a life. By the way, I don't owe Capital One or NCO but they call me. I don't know who the hell the are and my bills are paid so you need to talk about something that you know a little more about and leave the stuff that you know nothing about alone. For capitaol one credit card Nco finance company....called and stated dont call list or will SUE FOR HARRASSMENT ALSO SEND CERTIFIED LETTER FROM MY ATTORNEY. THEY STOP CALLING ME. yay! And BTw I never had acreidit card from them they wanted me to get one from them I dont use creidit cash all the way ... not headaches from creditors like this.

Calling my house repeatedly asking for someone I have never heard of.  How do I get off this company's calling list?!

I also received these calls from 415-358-7633 and 888-579-0626.  They stay on the line but do not leave a message

This number has started calling several times a day.  It says on CID it is NCO.  I do not have a Capital One account nor any account that is not up to date.  Most annoying calls with several numbers even 888 and 800. Never speak, call all hours of the day and evening and I will not pick up and answer.  I am on the Do Not Call National list..How do you get them to stop?  I guess you never do until they get over it and stop themselves.

They call and say we have an important message...No operators are avialable to take your call. I that the important message? After two or three times of this someone comes on and asks for someone who doesn't live, has never lived and I am not in anyway related too.

I just called him stupid until he hung up.

Got a call from them today.  Wanting my ex who I have not talked to or seen in over 13 years.  We have been divorced since 1995.  How the hell did they get my number?  It's ridiculous. I asked how they got my number and was told that it was listed as a contact for him...how is that possible?

Call from a collection agency for Capital One credit card. They are calling for my ADULT brother who is out of work, lives in another state altogether, and has a wife whose company just went bankrupt. They are two months behind on their credit card payment and I'm not sure what this company expects me to do about it. The East Indian/Some type of Asian woman who called had quite the snotty attitude and a very fake name. (Ilene, Ha!)She wants me to have him call her which I don't see as my responsibility. My brother knows he has this bill to pay but he has zero funds right now and three kids. We send grocery money, but we have our own financial headaches. I told her not to call me again (I had just put the baby down for a nap) and that I wasn't going to pay his bill, nor would I rat him out to her. This economy is a real b***h and is going to get worse. Obama certainly has nothing for us, probably because we're white. Capital One can stick it in their ear.

What happens is the system calls 3 #'s at a time, the 1st person to pick up their line gets the person at the other end, the other 2 lines get dropped.  THe company is NCO Collections and for me they were collecting for Capital One.

I just recently started receiving this one. Back to back calls. No messages.

Holy crap, checked and found this number on my CID.  Called, got the 10th degree.  Wanted my Capital One account#.  I don't know it, I closed the account when Capital one decided to jump my rate from 7.99% to 19.99% (never missed a payment).  Then wanted my SS#, which I don't give out.  Rep got pissed off when I would not give it to him.  I hung up.  Called back and kept getting put on hold.

Really pissed me off, so I dug up an old statement and called directly to customer service to make sure I was not missing a payment.  Was told, as I knew, that my account was 100% ontime payments.  
Still don't know why they're calling me.

Numerous Calls form this number or several within this area code, no message left. Forced to turn phone off from time to time.

Got endless call from this number. what is this number, anyhow? IT drops the call after you lift the receiver. Horrific!

I KEEP GETTING THESE CALLS ON MY CELL PHONE AND I DON'T EVEN HAVE ANY DEBT.  I NEVER ANSWER THE CALLS.

I have received I don't know how many calls from this NCO financial on both my landline and my cell phone numbers.  I have a capital one accout but it is in perfectly good standing.  At first they asked for my account number (!) and my social security number (!!) and evenutally I did give them the phone number (so that they could remove it from their list.  On my landline, they went through a LIST of people, asking me if I was each of them.  Two of them I didn't know, one was the woman from whom I had bought my house (she had VOIP and NEVER had the same phone number, or even a landline), and then one was a relative in another state.  I said that I knew two of the people, and they pressed me for contact information.  When I said I would not give it to them, they said they would remove me from their call list.  With my landline, it seems to have worked.  THEY STARTED CALLING MY CELL AT 10 PAST 8 THIS MORNING!! Finally I called them back, and as it turns out they wanted a relative in another state.  The same thing ensued:  "No problem, we'll remove your number from our list."  I asked how it came to be that they associated my number with my relative's name, and they garbled some nonsense about finding people's numbers who were associated with that person.  I plan to call Capital One and complain--this is downright creepy and unethical.

Got a call from NCO today looking for a relative that lives in another state. They wanted me to give over the phone number. I wouldn't give them the info. I asked who was calling and why. They wouldn't give me any info.

I have received many calls from NCO/Capital One. There are at least SEVEN different numbers I've received calls from. 801-618-2058, 866-929-5307, 410-202-0072, 888-579-0626, 408-538-5101, 415-358-7633, and
202-607-2935.

Please do not call me anymore and remove my number from your contact list.  I do not wish to receive any info about your company thank you.
