i too have been corresponding with Wayne Wade.. he has also sent me pictures of himself. and the information that i have been about.. is the same that he has been telling everyone else... divorced, ex-wife, junkie, 9 yr old son, John.. he is from VA, mother recently died.. he claimes he moved to Katy, Tx about 2 weeks ago.. but is on a ship somewhere.. and he is using the email address of w.wade63@yahoo.com...i was also contacted by him on match.com.. i also just talked to him over the weekend.. he is kind of vague and dont talk much...im sure he is trying to feel me out to see if i will volunteer info... WOW! this is truly a small world.  it pays to do research about people you meet whether on dating sites or in person...i am fortunate to not be willing to give out personal information so quickly about my self... i am so sorry for the poeple that have gotten scammed by him....

This son of a B**** stole cars and stuff sold on Craigs list.  Would love to see him caught.  Sucks that it hasn't happened yet.  He's been a crook for over three years now.  Hope we can witness his lock up day.

He is NOT legit.  I recommend you cease any communication with him and do not give him personal information.  This person is a scam artist.  There are other blogs online referring to craigslist scams with this number and/or name.  I have pics too and am pretty sure they are stolen.  Sadly, there are people he's victimized.  The only thing my friend lost was her time.

my last contact was about two months ago.  I'm sorry this happened to you.  I chatted with him for months. I got the same story of being divorced with a 9 year old, marine engineer, and have pictures which I don't believe are him at all. It's a scary world & I hope everything turns out okay for you.

yes i considering doing so, and reporting him, so Wayne doesn't exsist.   and yes i did watch Dr. Phil that is when i decided to do some research on him, because nothing was making sense anymore, and it sure was a eyeopener for me. maybe a little too late tho, he has my personal information.  Im so overwhelmed, because he is keeping in contact.. Report this to the dating site.  I did to Match.  Also report to your police & an IC3 complaint (IC3.gov).  I feel so bad for you & hope you didn't give too much personal inforamtion.  He made promises to me and made me believe his sad stories and promises to re-pay a lot of money.  He's been reported to the FBI as well.  Just a matter of time.  If I can save one more person from being the victim that would be good.  He's been passing fake payslips making you think he makes a lot of money.  Do not fall for him.  Report him immediately and just be careful on the dating websites.  Watch the Dr. Phil episode from Jan 24th.  It was a huge eye-opener. Good luck. Maybe you'd be the key to him finally being caught.

I dont know about wayne wade but i got a check from jack and i called this # and the guy who picked the call told me its a wrong # that i'm being scammed by someone tryin to buy some stuff on craigslist. so i think the owner of this 3 is innocent... thanks. Anna

Jennifer, report any information you have. He's part of a Nigerian scam operation and has been successful on too many and for a long time. The gov't will take action if there is enough complaints.  Totally sick what has become of this world.
