Call with no message. Tired of these calls!!!!

I got a call from a number a while back, (760)254-6158, and it was my first scam call ever and I was getting ready for work and was an idiot, gave them my card number. What made me fall for it was it was for a wedding contest, which I've been entering a bunch of those. I'm guessing one I entered my number into was a scam. Anyways, I looked up the number, it was in CA, but not an hour after the call I had a bunch of money taken from my account in IL, I think. I changed my card and reported it to the bank and got my money back, but then I started getting a bunch of calls from different numbers. One of which was this number. I think it's cause I don't pick up the phone and they think I'll answer with a different number. Now they started blocking their number, so it shows restricted. Once I picked up the phone and they said something about magazines, I hung up. They left two messages saying it was important I call them back, how could magazines be important?? Anyways, most the time they only let it ring 2 or 3 times then hang up. Is there anyway I can get them to stop calling??

Receive calls every week from this number.  There is never message.  Don,t know why they call.

No message and when I return the call no one answers.
They are calling my cell phone and I'm on a DNC list!

I recieved a phone call from this number on Saturday, March 3rd at 12:02PM PST. I let my answering machine do the dirty work and take the call. Unfortunately the caller chose not to leave a message on my machine.

called my cellphone on the donotcall list noon yesterday. I don't answer these because I don't believe their promises to take me off their lists. Responding just confirms the number's still legit, yet not answering is both aggravating and wears down cellphone batteries. Whether it's a telemarketer or political survey or medical debt collector doesn't really matter--the whole idea is to create annoyance and distraction and duck behind anonymity (if not false statements). And IMHO neither the Obama admin, nor our Republican state administration in Virginia has any interest in protecting citizens from them.

Got a phone call from an out-of-state number
that I don't "know" or recognize.  
I didn't answer, but looked up the number here.
They left no message.  

I am on the National Do-Not-Call List,
and have been for over a year now.  
(I guess this is our government at work for us.)  

I'm going to http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
AND to https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx
and see if that can get the government
to work for me, and stop these calls.  
(Yes I will go through all those steps.)  
We should all pile on.

i am on the do-not-call list already - and i still get these calls.  i believe that some callers are allowed to call people on that list anyway, and surveyors may be one such category.  anyone else calling is a scammer. i called them back and they said it was a survey.

Got a call from this number in MA. No voice on the other end. I wonder if they get paid by the number phone calls they make rather than actually conducting a survey....

I received this call while I am out of the country... I have been getting crank texts too the past two weeks from other numbers.  I am on all the no call lists.

This number was on my missed calls log. I guess now that the scumbag spammer fishers know its a working number, I can expect the text messages? I'm gonna have a whistle handy, in case they call back.
