Phone call from Caller ID said "Breaking News" 202-644-9108, but no message was left and no one answered when I called the number. This is offensive.

I received a call from 202-644-9108 on 7/17/12 but left no message. The caller ID said it was from "Breaking News."

I cannot believe Jay Sekulow CALLED MY CELL PHONE!!!!!  I will be returning his call with a complaint.  And he called after 8PM!!!!

I also have been getting calls from this law office and they leave no message. It is so annoying to get all these calls. Sometimes's I don't even answer. If they had a true call they would leave a message.

Received call today 7/6/2012 at 1:00 PM.   It said "Law Offices."   I called the number back and it is the ACLJ Jay Sekulow's office.   He is a conservative activist.

I have been getting calls from 202-644-9108 They don't leave an answer and you can;t get to it in time to answer. The caller ID Always says LAW OFFICES. Please take note of this complaint.

we've  traced  back  most  of  these  numbers  to  offshore  foreign    call centers  in  INDIA /  THAILAND / AFRICA  /  JAMAICA  ETC....

here's a  few  other  numbers  posted  from  the   same  area  code  offering a  wide  variety  of  scams  /  fake  emails and  scams  after  posting  something  on   craigslist   (  old  scam  )  ...... collecting  for  non  existant  "  payday  loans "....free  money / scam  giveaways /  $1,000's  in  free  gov't  money.........  etc  etc.....stories  change  out  all the  time......and  the  usual  nonsense!!!

**   mysteriously  call to  claim  they  have  several  thousand  of  dollars  to  send  you....just  provide  you  bank  account and  credit  card   right  away   etc etc.........scam scam

several  of  these are  the  usual   long  ongoing  scams   such  as  :  you  have  won a  free  walmart /  bestbuy  gift  card....or  you  have  won a  free  ipad  etc......all  long  ongoing  scams

I am also getting calls from this number frequently. It is the ACLJ, American Center for Law & Justice. And of course we have given money in the past. We love what they are doing to help us fight the liberal agenda. My wife and I are both out of work and just can't afford to give at this time.

I agree that what they support is worth our effort.  But, they have bugged me so much for more, that I have put them on my crud list.  I supported them heavily, at least for me.  But, doggone, just today I got another call.  No more.  Ever!

I give to them too. The legal system can accrue huge costs very easily.  But these costs are necessary to fight injustice.  I will answer them now, so thanks. Since they ask for money frequently, I give several lesser amounts to make up for a large gift.

I agree they are a very good organization.  They try to stop some of the ACLU liberal agenda when they don't appear to be in the best itnerests of our country.  Like all such organizations (religious and public) which depend upon donations to function, they do call and mail a lot to seek financial donations.

I'll be glad when the True Call device being used so successfully in England makes it's way to the U.S.  It could be available as soon as this summer.  It appears to be the long awaited system we've all been hoping for to combat the endless stream of telephone marketeers/donation seekers.  It handles the calls politely without even ringing your phone unless you have that number on your authorized call list.

I supported them, then they kept calling and writing looking for a lot more $ donations.

So don't kid yourself, todays American Law and Justice is all about the Almighty Dollar...

Block all their calls, it's cheaper that way.

I called it today and it is Jay Sekulow (sp) American Law and Justice in DC.  Protecting the constitution and your constitutional rights.
I have given to them over the years.  They don't miss anything when it comes to gov't telling you about your religious rights and the rights that are in the Constitution.  They are protecting our rights.  These are the good guys.

Just called me an hung up before it even went to voicemail...
