This number calling me for more than three years. It sounds like a debt collector. At first several times, I told them the person they are looking for is not in my home, but they keep calling me for years!

This is from the alliance for america's future-democracy for america- run by Chaney's daughter. this is a fricking political action group that is not registered and is illegally making these calls. Everyone needs to report them to the donotcall list and file a complaint. these folks are facing legal action from state attorney generals. It really hacks me off that they are calling- many times a day.....

Actually, the RIGHT side (the North) won.  The WRONG side (the South) is still whining about it after 145 years.  How's that grudge thing workin' out for ya'?

Just got a 2nd call from this machine this week. Sure, it's probably just another political crap
call, just like several others I have been getting every single day, but what a great scam if
someone with a robo-dialler set it up to refer you to some malware/virus/driveby download
website?

You know the FCC will be ignoring all complaints about political calls since they are "Legal".

If it was the democrats I would have said "Yeah thanks for Obama" and hung up. If it were the republican party I think I would tell them I wouldnt be voting at all(registered republican though our entire government is corrupt and tyrannical, hint hint CW #2) if I got another call.

Really sick of this crap, you of course cannot call them back(believe me, they know exactly why you are calling) and taking them to court will end with a small fine for them and a big lawyer cost for you.

Just got a call from this number - it was a political robo-call trying to direct me to a website to obtain important voting information

caller id says "washington dc" i have at least 3 calls a day from this number

The reason it says its disconnected when you call it back is because they are calling from "trunk" lines, meaning many lines go out but none come in. They use them in telemarketing centers.

It's being done by a redirect service, but I don't know the purpose. Maybe to establish if the phone numbers they call are connected so they can later call from the company number?

Just received the call here in Tennessee and all I heard was a woman's voice say, "Hey"  then nothing. . .

Got the phone call today the VM answered and a woman's voice said "8".  I cane here and got this info. thanks for posting.

Keep getting calls from this number saying "8". It's even calling leaving that on our answering machine as well.

SOUNDS LIKE THEY LIKE TO WASTE EVERYBODYS TIME.  THE TIME OF THE CALL WAS 2:02 PM AND JUST LIKE THE OTHERS IT SOUNDS LIKE HEY. COULD BE 8?   STUPID ME TRY TO CALL BACK JUST LIKE OTHERS TO FIND OUT WHAT IS GOING ON, AND NO LONGER IN SERVICE OR DISCONNECTED.  HOW CAN ONE SET THEIR  PHONE UP LIKE THIS AND USE IT????  THIS WOULD  BE NICE WHEN THE BILL COLLECTORS CALL.

Probably a robo call to see it my number was a fax,  Could have been terrorists activating the cell for whatever.

Just received the call and all I heard was a woman's voice say, "Hey"  then nothing. . .

Same here- A woman's voice said "Hey!" and was sort of cut off, then nothing.

Same thing for me, I just heard a woman say "8" immediately after picking up and then silence for about 4 minutes until I hung up. I believe there was someone else on the line though, because I could hear tapping and ruffling on the other line.

Got my call this morning and all he said was "Stop it" and hung up.

Last night we got a call from 646 467 6665  the identity was Univer Surv CNT and that one said "What's going on?" and hung up.

Time to switch the ans machine on.  We are being phished.  Hey is this site phishing for my email?
