I got the exact same call..but I didn't call the number... maybe the police needs to be called

I received a call from a gentlemen this morning who could not speak good English, he said he had  money to give me from the US Government this money was for people who had always paid their bills on time, had not filed bankruptcy, did not have a criminal background and people who the government believed would spend the money correctly not on illegal products.  The amount I was to receive was $9020.00.  All I had to do was hang up call this #202-657-4129 back and give them and ID code that they give you.  I called back asked for a supervisor who could not speak plain English and told them I was recording the call, he asked why I told him to prevent being lied to if we needed to call authorities, he asked me to hold on and never came back.  BE CAREFUL!!!  Robin
