called asking whether I owed more than $8,000 in credit card and other debt. I asked who are you, who do you represent and why are you calling. He promptly hung up.

Got a call from these creeps on my celphone.They left no message.

Man with strong accent called my cell phone.  I sensed it was some gimmick, so I immediately told him I was studying for my law school exam (true).  He told me my number was selected from "Apex" and I won a random prize drawing.  I asked what Apex was, and it they even got my number to begin with.  He dodged the question, and insisted that I won a digital camera and a weekend trip for two to any destination, giving me a 1-866 number to confirm my prize.  I jotted it down and told him I really had to go study for my exam, but he kept persisting that he needed to tell my about the prize package.  I just told him sorry, and hung up. This was yesterday at 1:30pm, and he just called me again at 9am.

This person (male) called my parent's home.  Stated his name was
"Thomas"- hung up on my mom when she asked him if he was a patient or friend.

Received phone call, no message left.  Tried to all the # back, but it was out of service.

Spoke to a representative of some Debt Consolidator company.  The man has a foreign accent and his name Shawn...something.  He kept arguing with me and would not take me off his "No Call" list.  He called me 3 times in a week.
