Previous Calls: none. I did find out that my iPhone is now capable of blocking phone numbers, so I blocked the number.

recorded message said "please stop what you are doing for the next 3 secs..."  i hung up......

someone called my cell phone who I suspect is an unwanted solicitor engaged in a phishing or spamming call.
