My husband and I are getting fed up with the incessant daily phone calls from this telephone number.  The phone stops ringing as soon as we run to answer the incoming call. Our thinking  is that we might only hear some kind of a taped message so we can't chew them out for calling us.  I, too, will add them to our do not call list; no matter which phone number they call from.  I just want to make sure that those doing this annot use our phone number to make overseas calls on our dime!   One never knows, these days we have some pretty big thieves.

Please stop this number from call, its pure Harassment.

This group is out of Washington D.C. - need we say more?  They  received 21 plus million dollars last year and been around since 1982; to date on 82 million has ever made it to any "cancer-related" (used loosely since it is about diets) programs.  Think about that in 31 years and collecting 20 plus million a year and only 82 million has made it, but they are not alone.

How do people sleep at night knowing they are deceitful; is their consciences severed?

I get calls from the number at hours - even as late as 8:45 p.m. and as early and 8:45 a.m.

Am very tired of them calling - I pick up and hang up.  Am an 82-year old lady and like my naps and am always disturbed by these calls - can't watch TV either without calls from them.

Get calls almost every day from this phone number, including weekends.  Nobody is ever there.  Caller ID says "AICR"

Jan. 31st 2013     7:20PM  202 688 0627 ID Washington DC.  Rang three times then they hung up. Did not recognize number so did not answer. This is the way to beat them. Don't answer the phone. Don't let it frustrate you. Never give out any info about yourself. Go to a legitamate charity website and give through that. If you answer the phone they have a working number and sell it to all other telemarketers. These scammers use a fake charity to get around the do not call rule. Don't fall for it.

Get a call from this number nearly every day.

They didn't hang up...they were not yet on the line......it is one of those autodial sysytems where when they notice you have picked up they get on the line.....I wait for them to say hello then I hang up.

Calls over, and over, and over- going on two weeks. OVER IT.

I've turned my answer m/c off. also the ringer.
People who I talk to know how to reach me. Almost want to drop landline and just go with cellphone.
It's about time the telephone companies  get on this case along with the goverment.

We get a call from this number along with unknown callers everyday, several times a day and this is getting to be a major problem...... need to have this stopped. NOW...........

I got a telephone call from AIRC at the same no. They called this morning, I am signed up with the DO NOT CALL registery, we get calls at all hours, I do not want them calling, what are the hours that anyone of this type can start calling, it is disgusting..............I want it stopped.

Started getting calls from this number a couple of months ago.  Do not answer calls from unknown numbers, just let them go directly to answering machine.  Immediate disconnect when VM kicks in.  Never leaves a message.

I agree, an invasion of privacy and truly annoying.

I receive constant calls from this phone number, 7 days a week.  This is most annoying and needs to be stopped.  There is never anyone on the phone if I try and answer it.  Would love to burn their phone line to ashes!

Calls from the number are robo calls routed through a sever in the lower section of DC and is reported to be at a Muslin mosque. Good luck on finding anyone that will rat them out.

When I picked up the phone to answer it was a dead line. It's annoying to respond and the caller has hung
up. A waste of my time.  In the future I will let the call go to my answering machine.

I don't answer the phone & they NEVER leave a message; however, AICR is extremely annoying.  I want the calls to stop.

They call days, nights, weekends, etc. Never leave a message, and never does the phone ring more than 5 times. Good to find out who it is.

Getting calls from them once or two times daily.  We don't answer the phone when we see it is from AIRC.  When will they give up?  This has been going on for several weeks.  I have previously sent out letters requesting donations, but don't get much response.  So I will not do it again....  I am a survivor...and donate to  the organizations that support research in the type of cancer I had.  How long before they get the message that we won't answer the phone.  They don't even have the courtesy of leaving a message.
