I just received the same call - offering $9,200 and funny - my code is gg11078 and same number given to call. "You can use for anything except illegal activity..." LOL

How many people fall for this??? Unbelievable! These people need to get a real job and stop scamming people out their hard earned money.

I'm awaiting on a settlement for the past two years now and was told by the attorney that I would receive a call in a couple of years regarding my claim number. Out of the blue I got a call from these a** hole t**** heads thinking this is the attorney with my claim number. F****ng b***s***! I went as far as giving them my prepaid green dot number and then asked them question after question because the settlement a mouth was low but thinking taxes taken out blah blah blah.. Asked to speak with the supervisor she started yelling at me and saying the supervisor wasn't around then hung up on me.. My friend called and she also got an attitude when trying to figure out information.. She told them that she was reporting them and then hung up. We called the police after. My green dot account has had s*** on it since 2 years ago when I got it as a gift.. So I'm not but hurt Bout that I'm but hurt over these sand n****rs ripping innocent ppl off especially on the holidays. If anyone is on the phone with these f****rs? Record the conversation and tell them that they are dirty f****ng sand n****rs and we will blow up their f****ng hole they live in. This is America! We will belt your a** till it bleeds and tell everyone you fell down the stairs. So if these f****ards are reading this read this! " we will find you. We will sue you for I have records of phone calls and recorded phone calls, and then hopefully our government will put you in front of a camera so that the world can see and burn you for all those you have burned. Hi ihave recieved calll from this number, they asked me to $299 as i have paid that money and i have really recieved $9499
from them and itz really helpfull for they are reallly doing very osssum job,,.....thanks Shawn.....

I too got a call. Had a friend check out the number ITS A CELL..  So i called them back told them i looked up the number and asked why they called on a cell she hung up on me.....  So I called right back it rang 15 times NO ANSWER.. called back again.. guess what NO ANSWER..  Called the Federal reserve.. I have alot of time on my hands...  They said the Federal Reserve does not contact by phone calls or emails..  NO DIRECT COMMUNICATION  thats sounds more like the gov i know...

BEWARE, BE CAREFUL  IT IS A SCAM...  

Google your name and number, any place like Spokeo that pops up, make them removed the info. If you have facebook, make sure your private info is not set on public.

I got this call saying I get a 9200 grant if I pay 299... I don't believe it.

They have been calling me from morning they got me at 3:30pm talking about I have grant money from the government and it's 9,200 n I need to call 202-697-9849 n give them this code which i did she told me to make a deposit of 250 at a western union and I'll get it back n she wanted to know if I would go do it now she keep asking when will I do it n I said tomorrow n she said r u going to do it tomorrow so I say yes but they r full of it they even wanted my account number even have my full name everyone plz be careful

they almost got me with that also talking about a government grant for $9,200 the lady could not speak English the guy got on as her bosssounds like a scam all day

Man they gave me a call early 10:25 am i pick up the guy was babbling all i could get out of him was grant , 9,200 $ and a number to call with a code and few reasons why i was chosen for a one time grant . I call that number she was clearer on her english so i asked her a ton of questions and it's like the answers all revolve around the one time grant fee i would have to put down a security deposit of 299$ At the western union which would be recompensed with the 9,200$  I would be getting back it just seemed to good to be true i believed i call my sister she tells me its a scam ... I go back to sleep

Got a called from 00000 saying I have grant for 9, 200 and gave me this number 202 697 9849. Told me to check this websitehey called www.mygovernment.com they knew my name also, so becareful what you say to these scammers.

Some unknown of 0000 called me with really bad English called me saying that I was qualified for $9200  and the reason for that because I didn't have criminal record and that they said to checkout a website called mygovernmentgrants.com and some other bull s***. Stupid scammers.

Called me from a 00000 number that really threw me off gaurd and told me to give a call to 202-697-9849. Englis so bad the women could even understand what I was saying. Don't be fooled by these scammers
