I just received the same call as everyone else. The fact that you guys can understand any of this is incredible! I had such a hard time trying to understand what she was saying. I'm pretty sure he was calling for "out of country, which I have no idea who that is either. they try to extract the money from your side .

ust called and left message saying if I do not call and pay by a certain time tomorrow that I will be arrested he gave the numbers of part of address and the rest is wrong
he has called before using other companies and etc. she can hardly speak english

This is all a scam, you can not get "picked up" or arrested for debt. It is a civil matter. As for threats in this day and age it always good to be on your guard. Report them to the police, FTC and the Attorney Genral of your state. This needs to stop now.
