I got a text messaging stating: Prince George Community Has Limited Your Debit Card. Contact Us Immediately at 202-742-1416

PrairieLand Has limited your debit card Contact us Immediately

Got a text in the middle o9f the night telling me my debit card has been limited by Co-Op Services and to call this number.  I called and a computer-generated voice asked for my debit card number.  Riiiiight.

I received a text on my cell phone telling me that my debit card needs to be re-activated.

Rec'd a text requesting debit card number stating name of company is First Financial.

I also got the same txt msg. I called during the day several times and the line was busy. At night you get right threw. I believe it is a scam.

got a text informing me that my account had been suspended.  funny, i don't have an account with them.

i just got one too, and it was for honolulu credit union.  i don't even have an account.  i emailed the bank to let them know some idiots are doing this.

The stinky rats continue with their poorly messaging texting! Beware dudes!

How do we find out who and where these people are? They need to be stopped the old fashion way!!!!

I got the same silly text and the same message about my debit card. I didn't panic but I don't want to be contacted. And why would it matter if you call back, they already have your phone number!!!!!!

I called it on a landline.  It asks that you key your debit card number and pin, I wonder what for?????

Called my cell phone company and verified they did not send and then called my bank to let them know.  I have no accounts with sprint or 1st financial, who I will call next

They are making their rounds.  Got the same message.  A scam indeed. Came through texted message.

I also got the following text message from 3897 on my phone.

I won't even call that number since your number in itself would be a piece of information you're giving away.

This is obviously a scam. I don't even know what 1st Financial is, much less have an account there. I doubt many banks communicate with their customers via poorly formatted text messages.

Scam !!

Text message from zjorkz@messaging.sprintpcs.com saying "CO-OP Services has limited your Debit Card, Contact us Immediately at 202-742-1416."    I received similar text message from 703-956-5889.  Contacted Sprint and was informed that this message was not from them.  They removed the text message charges from my account and blocked the number.

I too received a text on my cell from a iggffm@messaging.sprintpcs.com telling me my debit card was limited and to call immediately - does anyone know where you can report such thigs?

I also received a text on my cell phone with the same message as Leslie (above).  An obvious scam.
