called twice yesterday on cell.  didn't answer.  no message left.

calls every night @ 7. No answer when picked up. On do not call list

this is an automated Robo-survey system being used to obtain Polling information for the upcoming Nov. 2, 2010 election.  I decided to take the survey...about 6-8 questions total, all automated, i.e., press 1 for yes, 9 for no...

The DO NOT CALL list applies to telemarketers calling you who you have no prior relationship with you, and prevents them from making SALES calls.  The list DOES NOT APPLY to companies you have an existing relationship with, DOES NOT APPLY to callers with opinion surveys (even though most are disguised sales calls and should be prevented), and DOES NOT APPLY to people soliciting donations, and DOES NOT APPLY to political calls.  If you'd take three seconds to learn about what you sign up for, you might know something about what does and does not apply.

Reads Tele Europe 2.   Who Knows - just some B*****DS who feel that harassing others for their own gain is OK  This is the world we live in today - no right or wrong any more/ We learned from out political leaders whom we elected.

Called 2-day at about 1:15 PM CST.  Caller ID said "TELE EUROPE 2" which I didn't recognize, so I didn't answer. After looking at the above previous comments I'm glad I didn't!!  I refer other readers to the post by XenaAngel on 29 October 2008 which lists the people to which the DO NOT CALL list does NOT apply.  The "existing business relationship" exception is a virtual "barn door" exception, since it can refer to companies that you have simply talked to on the phone at some time.  Translation: the DNC list is practically useless.

Received two calls from this number on 3 Nov 2008, both left messages on may machine.  One was from a "concerned Teacher" (she did provide a name) in support of a local candidate (D) for a FL state senate race. The second was from the candidate.  I am a bit concerned that a candidate for a FL race would use a telemarketer in DC. Makes we wonder who exactly was paying for the service.

Called at 7:40pm.  No message.  My no. is on donot call

recieved 2 calls from this number. Returned call and got voicemail. Sounds like a automated cell phone message.

Automated "Vote Yes on Measure A" Message

Have received two calls from this number. When I pick up its an automated message. Why I am getting this number is beyond me since I am on a no-call list.

The do not call provisions do not cover calls from political organizations, charities, telephone surveyors, or companies with which a consumer has an existing business relationship.  Hence the do not call list we are all on do not cover these types of phone calls. I get a ton based on the party I am registered to vote with. I am thinking of changing to independent and see if that reduces that calls but then that will impact my ability to vote in the primaries. Catch 22. I guess if I don't recognize the number, I will not answer the phone. If it is important they will leave a message. the number 202-747-7307 is a telemarketer located in District of Columbia. don't try to call them they will not answer

I'm on the Do Not Call list as well,..but it doesn't seem to stop these idiots!

They have called my house so many times they are driving me crazy! I am on the no call also it does no good for politics which I think it needs to be changed!! It is a recording wanting me to push 1 if I am going to Vote.It is 3 questions. It is Not anybodys business if I am going to VOTE.. THE IDIOTS!!!!I wish I could press charges 4 harasement I have a sick husband at home I dont need my phone riging at all times.. I Have turned it off in his room because of these IDITOS..

It was a robocall from Kendall Moore for State Senate in Florida.

The Do Not Call List is a joke!!  I have a NON-published number, not listed in the phone book, and on the Do Not Call List  and I still get call after call, day after day and not just from this one number.
