202-760-4537 has been calling me for about 4 weeks, No, says ''wireless caller''... I never answer and they never leave a message, They call about 7 or 8 times a day,

Seriously call at least 6 times a say. It's Sunday at 8pm. They've called me twice today!

If you call back it says it's campaign headquarters. It says ti press 9 to stop receiving calls. I pressed 9. It's worth a shot.

C'mon people ... all you gotta do is pick up and hang up to stop the ring.  There's no need to be polite - there's not even a need to say 'hello' .... Just pick up and hang up.  These people deserve zero respect ... Am amazed at those who sit there and say 'hello'  'hello' ... as if someone legitimate is on the other end.  Better yet ... when you hear a voice, blow a loud whistle.  That will end their telemarketing career real quick !

My caller ID registered a total of 15 calls from this number over a three-day period, 2/28 to 3/2/14.  Did not answer any of them.

If I hear the phone ringing I don't even bother trying to answer it if I'm busy doing something like sitting on the toilet taking a dump. If it is a real call from somebody  they will leave a message on my machine. Nothing is that important where I have to answer the phone right away. I don't answer any calls I don't recognize. Thank you caller ID!

I write to inform you that the ?Do Not Call? registry does not work. I have been enrolled in it for years, and over the past few months the unsolicited calls I receive at my home have only increased.

I consider these callers? practices harassment and an invasion of privacy. I have filed complaints at the Do Not Call registry online, but it does absolutely no good. The calls persist.

Sometimes I answer the phone and tell the caller that I will never purchase their product, or donate to their charity, but their calls persist.

I have purchased a call blocking device for $100, but the callers sometimes call back using a different number.

I am not alone in this problem. People all over the country are registering complaints online about these calls, and are complaining that the Do Not Call registry does not work. Look at websites like WHOCALLSME, or 800NOTES or countless other web sites and you will see that this is a big problem for lots of people.

These callers? invasions of privacy must be stopped. If I register to not be called, or I ask to be put on a ?do not call? list, that?s it. No business, charity, college, or political party should be allowed to call me, even if I have donated or done business with them in the past. Period.

Received several calls from this number so 3/6/14 and no one has answered. I now just hit the off button and it stops from ringing. I will not give any info to anyone at this number ever!

I received 1 call 2/27, 4 on 2/28, 5 on 3/1, and 11 on 3/2. I answered after 3 calls on 3/2 but no one talked. Later I answered
and finally talked to someone, they had 2 questions for a survey, I said I didn't have time for it, and put me on the don't call
back list, I was informed that I needed to give my year of birth or I would still get calls, which I told them I wouldn't answer. I received 4 more calls within 3 minutes of hanging up. No calls today, so far, must be sleeping in!

This number started calling my home on Thursday 2/27 - they called eleven times just today!  When I have tried answering there is no one there.  Very frustrating!  I have filed a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry - maybe if enough people complain someone will look into it.

Yep, answered this once. That was a mistake. They now call (at least over the past weekend) about three times an hour from about 9AM until 9 PM. I now answer the phone and just let it lay on the table. There doesnt seem to be any effective way to stop these folks.  3/2/14

Calls started Thu 2/27. Today is Sunday. I've received 12 calls since Thu and 3 today. If I pick up the phone on the first ring they hang up if I let it ring it rings until my answering machine picks up then they hang up. I've submitted a complaint to the National Do Not Call Registry. Who is this and how can they be stopped we get no fewer than 5 calls per day even after opting to be removed.  Help. This seems like a scam is it legal

I keep getting calls from this number and no one says anything; when I dial the number and following their instructions to be put on their "do not call" list, they keep calling back 3 and 4 times/day.  The phone is auto answered as Campaign Headquarters, which is probably bogus.  I am on the "National Do Not Call Registry" both land line and mobile and do not understand why these calls are allowed and have also filed a complaint with them.  I'm a disabled person and this annoying practice has elevated my stress and pain level.  These people need to be stopped.

"Unavailable" or "Washington, DC" keeps calling from this number. The only thing great about it is that I have found a way to get my revenge on robo callers.
On you answering machine simply say, "Hello", pause like you are waiting for someone to answer, then say, "Hello", like your trying to get someone to speak. A representative will come on the line and you have never answered, so you answering machine continues with your regular message. It finally gets through to them that they are wasting THEIR time and they stop calling. (Best of al...it makes them mad, too!)

I live in Ashland, Wisconsin (Representative Sean Duffy's district). February 28th at 4:12 p.m., I received a call from 202-760-4537. The caller said he was conducting research and wanted to ask me a few questions. I asked him who he was working for and he evaded my questions. I asked repeatedly and he finally said he was working for "Indie Surveys," which he described as a "national research firm." I asked who had hired them to conduct this research and he said that he did not know. I told him I would answer his questions, but that after I answered his questions, I would like more information about who was funding the research. The research questions were very Push-Poll like and seemed to be pro Sean Duffy. Once the survey ended, I asked again for more information about Indie Surveys. They put me on hold for a long time and finally a "manager" named "Christina" got on the line. I asked her where Indie Surveys was located and let her know that I did not find any presence for the company on an Internet Search. She said they were located "somewhere outside of Chicago," but would not give me a specific town. She refused to give me a phone number or a mailing address. When pushed, she put me back on hold. After several minutes, she got back on the phone and gave me a phone number she said was "customer service for Indie Surveys." I hung up and tried calling the number, which was actually the same number that showed up on my phone when they called me for the poll, but got only a computerized answering service that identified itself as "campaign headquarters" (but did not say for which campaign) and asked me to push a key if I would like to be added to the mailing list. This is in violation of GAB 1.655(2)(b)

Picked up when this number called yesterday and no one responded. They've called 5 times so far today.

6 calls today from these b*****ds. Caller ID says it's Washington DC. No, it isn't. Tired of it. STOP CALLING ME! My phone has rang off the hook for 4 days with this number. Usually I won't answer if I don't know who it is, but after the 5th or 6th call in 1 day I answer intending to give them a piece of my mind but there is nobody there. Not calling the number back as I am sure it is a scam to get you to do that so they can charge you outlandish charges for long distance calls.

These ignorant JERKS just keep calling, but won't leave a message. They just call and hang up. Suspect a serious case of inbreeding.

Three calls since last night. Persistent jerks

Just when i thought my number had been sufficiently purged, calls from these jokers coming out of the woodwork again.

Multiple calls each day from this "WIRELESS CALLER" as early as 8:xxam, as late as 9:xxpm. I've tried to answer when it is later and I don't want it to continue ringing, but no one ever there, never leaveing msg on machine.

202 is washington dc, but that's pretty meaningless, since it is most likely spoofed, legit call centers don't route through cell numbers.

Got a call from 202-760-4537 at 9:15 PM.  I picked up....no one answered.  

2/27/14 around 3PM got a call from this number saying it was a political survey with Andy Surveys.
