I got a call from this number also.  It showed up as RSRCHSURVEY12.  I have decided that I am answering no more calls from any number that I don't recognize.  They can deal with my answering machine.

Sounds like a robocall. "Public Survey call from Palo Alto Utilities". They keep leaving messages, however, calling from a number that cannot accept calls is dumb.

They call me twice a day and the only part of the message that I can hear on my voicemail is that they say they will call me again.

Hummmm, where should I begin this. Why would some one call randomly and not leave a message. Whatever happened to etiquettes. EVEN if it is ROBO calls. .... GET REAL

this is a survey call and my cell and home number are on do not call lists and they are calling both day and evening. very frustrating. I hate survey calls!!!!

Got a couple calls from this with no voice messages before I added it to the blacklist on my cell phone. Call control is probably one of the best things I ever added to my cell phone.

Called my cellphone six times.  Common Sense Issues, Inc.  - a pro-life right-wing hate organization.  How dare they!!

Received a call from this number for the last three days.  They do not leave a message.  How did they get my number?  I am on the no-call list.

Political survey from some "Common Sense committee"?

This is a political poll, from what I can figure out. Get calls from this number at least once a day. It is a computer.

All you have to do is get a free google voice number, or buy a magic jack for $20, and just give those out and turn off the call forwarding and let the voice mail answer and then you wont have any telemarket callers, like me, cuz you can ignore them all, and no one will have any of y'alls real phone numbers.. Trust me, as a computer network engineer, it is the easiest way to be rid of all those a***oles.. LOL

all left a VM, "this is a political survey, we may call back".  And that they did. Funny how politicians can pass "do not call" legislation to "protect us", but ironically exempt political calls. Ugh.

Been calling my cell phone every morning for the last 4 days. I don't answer because I have to pay for calls incoming/outgoing by the minute. And anyway I don't answer unknown callers.

Thank the deities that my home phone is a small VOIP company that is listed nowhere in this universe.

I received a missed call from the number listed above yesterday.  I called back and got nothing but "dead-air."  Tried to call back again, same thing.   Then the phone call came again earlier tonight and I answered.  A political ad/solicitation/survey whatever.  

I was so livid to be getting this call on my private cell-phone number I didn't even listen to what they were pedaling and just unleashed a torrent of obscenities in the "voice response" times allotted.  

I am on a pay as you go plan, and I have no tolerance to be getting calls from these a-holes.  Bad enough these and similar c***-roaches harass my mother's phone number with dozens of calls a day with no realistic way to get them to stop, but now they get my cell number on a call list !?!    And I have to pay for it ?!

These social predators have to be stopped.  If any candidate or their parties are associated with these types of calls they can be assured I will never vote for them.

If I get one more phone call from this number, I'm going to turn it over to a lawyer.  And I'm sure he can handle it.

Got a robocall asking me to vote for Mark Neumann (d-bag freak politician from WI). It said it was paid for by Common Sense Issues and gave a different phone number to call, 719-216-6232. I also received a call from the is same 202-769-0927 number yesterday.

Am a truck driver whom CANNOT answer the phone while driving.  I am on the "no call list".  But I'm getting quite a number of calls from this number.  Must stop!

I hope I've finally fixed them.  I let my fax machine answer the phone now when they call.  Thank you caller I.D.  Thanks for posting their address.  Think I'll use that in my complaint letter

Survey, (Political/ideological) given by a real dorky computer generated voice, attempted to ask about my views on abortion and intentions for voting for Obama in 2012. My replies, "f-You", weren't recognized by the computer who finally threatened to terminate the call if I would not answer "yes" or "No" to it's questions. I was hung-up on by a corporation I think! 202-769-0927 called me on a saturday at 11AM on both my cell phone and my land line. I work 3rd shift. I have to sleep between 9AM and 5PM. I start my shift in the hospital at 12AM. This is really nasty. The animals behind these calls have no idea how common people live. Shame on them!

WASHINGTON DC called my (recording of course) on a Saturday to ask my opinion about Obama and political issues. Keep calling,,,,,,,you're calls are really good for the phone companys, helps them make a profit, helps them to pay their employees, and allows our economy to continue, albeit stuggling. Oh, about the call,,,,,,,total garbage. Just another scam that would like to get my charge card number or checking account number.

Just another ROBOT call wanting my opinion about politics / Obama / whatever. This is absolutely harrasment, and is getting real old. Some hack (whoever you are, if you're reading this, you're a prostitute to the economy, and you have no morals what-so-ever) can program a computer to make hundreds of thousands of calls to people who just really would rather hang-up on you or ignore your call. Absolutely rediculous that this type of business can be considered legal, or value-add to anything or anybody.

Same as other comment, however, I don't answer these calls. Never have, never will !  Some garbage recording about wanting my opinion about Obama. Well, guess what. You'll never get my opinion from some ROBOT call who disguises their callerID as 'WASHINGTON DC'.
