unwanted call

Same here, didn't recognize the number and didn't pick up. Called my cell phone. They did not leave a message.

Just called me, dead air, then a "good-bye." I called the number back and heard about completing a survey. Scam.

Called for the first time, didn't pick it up.

Just got a call from this number. Attempted to answer it and the call disconnected. After looking at other people's responses, I realized that someone attempted to call me from this place a month or so ago (I remember the name WN Group from a response above). It was a good thing that the call disconnected then!

Just got a call from this number. Wasn't able to answer it as I had my hands full. They didn't leave a message.

The call back number indicates that it's WN Positions.

Said something like JBS (?) Associates and that he was calling to an online survey I had filled out.  I asked what kind of survey it was, he refused to answer and said that he was replying to my interest in job opportunities.  I told him I had no idea what he was talking about and he started his talk over again.  I then asked if he was looking for someone in particular at this number trying to get him to say my name and he said, that's why I called to verify your information, which I gathered he was trying to get me to tell him.  I hung up instead.

Maybe a job recruiting company.

repeated 5 times to tell him to take my number off his list.

Knowing I don't participate on online surveys.

asked for his company said he was from JVictor Positions

asked for more info, he hung up.

Got a call 9:50 this morning regarding a survey I had taken.  I know Ive sent resumes looking for another employment opprotunity but I couldnt place taking any kind of survey, but the thing that got me to hang up was that it sounded like I was being recorded. Just jerks ppl really looking for employment and they playing games.  :( :(

Also just got a call on my cell phone from that number.  As soon as I said, "hello", the caller hung up.

I've gotten this call twice, the first time I asked to be taken off their list- they did not comply.

I?ve gotten two calls from some recruiter on my cellphone, claiming I said I was looking for a job in an online survey recently, offering to help me.  Each time I ask, ?what survey,? he just continues talking or starts his spiel over.  I say, ?tell me what survey you?re talking about and maybe I?ll think you are legit, but right now you sound like a liar,? and he just keeps telling me about his company and what wonderful job opportunities they have.

It shouldn?t, but it kind of ruins my day.  What can I do?

I received a call on my cell phone from this number. The person said I took an online survey to win a Walmart gift card and that I indicated I was looking for employment. When I said I did not take the survey and asked to be removed from the list, he just said "goodbye" before I could get out that I'm on the Do Not Call list.

I got the call from this number that I took an online  survey. I hanged up.

I just got the same call. I started to wonder if I was losing my mind. I am gainfully employed, why would I take an online survey to get matched with another job, especially something that is completely unknown.

Automated SPAM ....

Same thing happened to me... saying that someone in my household participated in an online survey... I told him that I didn't know what he was talking about and told him to take me off his list. Dumb of them to call with a listed number.

Called to offer me matching my professional skills with local jobs. I asked to send their info by email, but insisted to get my information over the phone.

I just had the same call.  I blocked the number.  I didn't take any survey.

I got the same thing, told him I wasn't interested and hung up.

I just received a call from 202-769-5290 stating I took an online survey and I stated I was intersting in employee. I proceed to inform him I did not take a online survey and to take my number off their list and he keep over talking me until he noticed I wasn't going to give him and thanked me for my time.
