Got flowers request by fax, following by email. My workers had correspondence with this person until I found this topic. Thanks to everbody! Her is the email text:

Good Day,Thanks for your response This Mr Maxwell,My Daughter wedding Date is coming up on 5th of Oct (2013),i will like to order for 8 big bouquets flowers for my Daughter wedding and i want the price range of $200 per one Approximately 26" W x 41" H and the color should be in bright summer color,and it will be pick up by a private courier on the 4th of Oct, and i want them arranged in vases,' so can i have the total cost for that ? so that i can make an Arrangement with the payment,kindly go ahead and provide me the Grand Total cost for the 8 big bouquets flower, please let me also know what type of credit card do you accept for your method of payment.thanks please get back to me Asap.... with your Shop full contact address so i can give it to the Courier that will come for the pick up.

We get these faxes for 700-1000 NGK spark plugs about 4 times a year, same thing, will forward CC info and have FedEx pick up the order, hopefully nobody has fallen for this yet, but they must have since the scammers keep trying

RECEIVE sporatic faxes with no header information, claims to not be near fax machine, Always wants large quantities of some obscure spark plug or auto part. Will give us his credit card and arrange FED EX to pickup up. IF IT SMELLS BAD, IT PROBABLY IS!!!! Can you say SCAM? I knew you could.

I got a fax this morning from Denis Adam asking for 600 NGK 7090 spark plugs. Email denadam.autopoarts@gmail.com. So tired of these scammers!! Can we get them for these faxes? Can we sue them for the cost of paper and toner? Likely not, but I dream about that sometimes...

Recieved a fax from "Dennis Paul" trying to order 240 orders of chicken for "his Dadd's birthday". I do own a restaurant chain, but we don't sell chicken. He requested I email my full name, personal cell and shop address to heritagelimited12@gmail.com.
Clearly a scam.

"202 " area code fraud scams
some are landlines...many are cell phones...some are spoofed and linked to offshore foreign countries !!!!
we've traced back most of these numbers to offshore foreign call centers in INDIA / THAILAND ETC....
here's a few other numbers posted from the same area code offering a wide variety of scams / collecting for non existant " payday loans "....free money / scam giveaways / $1,000's in free gov't money......... etc etc.....stories change out all the time......and the usual nonsense!!!
** mysteriously call to claim they have several thousand of dollars to send you....just provide you bank account and credit card right away etc etc.........scam scam
several of these are the usual long ongoing scams such as : you have won a free walmart / bestbuy gift card....or you have won a free ipad etc......all long ongoing scams

I received a scam fax this afternoon from "Henry" or "Mide" Maxwell asking to order flowers and to please contact them via email at midemaxwell47@gmail.com. Took the time to search the email addess and fax number and found that it is a scam and has been pulled on numerous businesses.
