It's Verizon billing. The service is the best in my area but every time I pay my bill, a couple days later it's still saying I'm over my usage rates and still owe money. The telephone calls and cellphone app system don't keep up with the actual billing on file. It's really annoying. You can be paid off and for the next week, you'll still get late billing notices.

8am East coast time, 8:15am, 8:45am, 9:05am, 9:17am, 9:40am etc...etc... from this number.....Wow Verizon... That's So Sad. A customer since 2007. Well, I guess it's time to move on. Never a voice message, or friendly reminder note.. Verizon the New Ex-girl friend.

Clear harassment. I can see if I was not paying this bill monthly and i had several charges outstanding but thats  not the case, Verizon clearly needs to reassess their process of collections, because if I have endure much more of this I will be looking for another cell carrier, they are quick to jump when your bill is anydays  late and to turn it over to a 3rd party who has no clue of your account status, when you talk to them they still refer you back to Verizon to resolve the issue? Just dumb..but let you need a phone replaced, its like pulling teeth and you have to jump through hoops to get assistance.

Verizon is THE WORST COMPANY IN THE COUNTRY and I wish I could afford to drop the contract early... they have ripped me off sooooooo many times and harass me for their money like its nobodys business... fuckinhatetheseassholes!!

as soon as my bill arrives the next day the calls start. I get no less than 8 call a day!!! I pay my bill on the same day EVERY month and yet the calls continue...I just dont answer anymore...they also call from SEVERAL different numbers....they abuse the technology that keeps them open. Very disgusted and disappointed...will be terminating as soon as possible.

I have never had a Verizon cell phone account!!  Yet these idiots have called from multiple numbers asking if I am someone I've never heard of.  As a 40 year customer with Verizon landlines, they know who lives at my address and at my land-line number.  They stand to lose my bundled FIOS account at the end of my current contract if they don't stop this nonsense,.

Now I know who you are....  Calling my cell 8 times a day from multiple numbers?  Really?  The harrassment is endless...  Been with this company for 7 years and then they call like crackheads looking for a fix when you are a day late.  Sorry but I did not anticipate losing my job when I signed up nearly 2 years ago.  Going to prepaid once my horribly high contract is over.
