The following is my first person experience with Complete Collection Services (CCS) based out of Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

First, they can?t get their facts straight. Their one page letter contained nearly a dozen errors of fact, including the basics.

CCS misrepresents my statements. CCS says that I admitted a specific account was mine, when I specifically stated it was not. DO NOT TALK TO THESE PEOPLE ON THE TELEPHONE UNLESS YOU WANT THEM TO CLAIM (IN THE RECORDS THEY WILL CREATE) YOU SAID THINGS YOU DIDN?T. They also ignore state and federal law governing the collection of debt.

CCS claimed to have thoroughly investigated my complaint, yet refused to provide any documents they looked at.

Probably worst was their condescending ?we look for ways to improve our quality of care? and then mentioning the name of the medical facility they are collecting for, as if they provide medical care.

Very unprofessional, uncooperative, and uninformed

FYI

Although Complete Collection Services continues collection activities in Colorado, they failed to renew their license on July 1, 2012, and are no longer registered in the state.

By law they must identify themselves by name within 60 seconds, although they may use an alias if it is registered with the state.

Got few calls asking for my zip gave her another number

THESE PEOPLE ARE NASTY

got a call this morning early from this number, thank god i googled the number before i called back or answered!! how do they get your number??

You would not be saying that if you ever fell victim to these people. It has nothing to do with paying bills on time.  I pay all my bills on time and yet they still called me trying to strong arm me into giving up my personal information.  NOT HAPPENING!!!!!!

Just received a call from these wanna-be debt collectors.  I do not have ANY!!! unpaid medical bills therefore, I knew right away this was a scam.  I hate these people... who the heck do they think they are calling with attitudes trying to use scare tactics to get information from us. PEOPLE... do not give them any information, they are fake,  I hope some unsure person reads our notes,  to prevent being a victim of a scam.

954-229-5453   i got a voicemail from that number  told me to call her at the number here up 229-5453  i will call.....you have to call the number they give you, i called 954-229-5453 ccs Pat i asked what kind of company she was and she was very uninformative so i said im not telling you who i am till you tell me who you are, she said im Pat with CCS we deal with hospitals and different kinds of businesses.  I hung up on her..  COLLECTION AGENCY, MEDICAL BILLYING FOR HOSPITALS AND DOC OFFICES..

Person called wanting my zip code and describe them self as a business office. The lady sounded upset b/c I didn't want to give out my zip.

Thanks for your comments.  I got one of these calls and it's been helpful to know who they are before talking with them....or even taking the call.  LOL

They are now going by the name of Complete Collection service of south florida.

however the letter head is Comlete Collection service which is an inactive corp. and the mialing address they want you to send payments to is 1007 N. federal Hway #280 in ft. lauderdale 33304 that is the addres under the name complete collection service which is inactive-----meaning they have no right to do business in state of florida. How can this go on? On top of it all they have the nerve ti threaten me with a law office by the name of Law Offices of Martin B. Kofsky, P.A.
I'll I have to say is bring it on!!!!!!!!!!!!

Person stated that they have a personal business / medical issue regarding me. Stated that she will call again.

They called and gave me a reference number and the number 954.229.5453.

Received a call from "Business Office" at this number.  I couldn't even understand the guy who left the voicemail.  He was whispering and muffled and sounded like a creepy pervert!

these people call me once a month.  However, I have a block on my phone for anyone that calls that is not in my "contact."  If you have a smart phone, get the app called Mr. Number Block.  Anytime you get texted or a phone call, it will hang up on them or dump the text in a folder. You will get a notification and then you go to see if its someone you know.  99.99999999% of the time its not someone I know.  Give it a shot.  These people get hung up on every single time.  If its your dr's or whomever, just google the phone (as I did for this #) and you'll see who it is. If its a dr's office or someone you know, just tell them.  Its a GREAT app...and its free.

A CALL TO MY CELL PHONE...I DID NOT ANSWER IT BECAUSE ONLY MY IMMEDIATE FAMILY HAS MY NUMBER

Received a call from this number in the morning. The woman proceeded to demand my date of birth and social security number without disclosing who she was or what she was calling for.

We get a message from this number, caller ID is Business Office, a guy named Rudy, he leaves the phone number (954) 229-5446 to call him back and an account number. No name of company or anything that I can relate to. When I call back, he then asks for the account number he left in the message. He won't say where he is calling from or what he wants unless I give him that account number he left on the recorder machine on a first place!. We do not owe anything to anyone as far as I know and this seems like a scam of some sort. I won't give him any information unless he identifies him self first.

Get a Life!!!

This corporation is now going by the mane of complete collection service of south florida. However be adviced that there letter head is comple collection service and the address they want you to mail the payments to is
1007 N. federal Hwy. #280 Ftl Lauderdale Fl 33304. If you type up sunbiz.org and look up kcomplete collection service you would see they have an inactive status with this name and payment mailing address. Personally I  am looking forward to them refering me to an attorney I'd have a field day.

Data calls have been coming to my cell phone from this number 954-491-0006 to call this number back, they never answer!!!  they ask for your name and phone number after many recordings.  The last recording (after 15) says they are not open for business at this time.  What is this all about?????

Collection agency from Florida calling cell phone number.  This number is NOT attached to any of my accounts.  Asked for a name I did not know and insisted I was the person they wanted to talk to even though I told them they have the wrong number.  They're crazy.
