This is a number for the CPAC (Conservative Political Action Conference), which raises money for Tea Party types running for office nationwide. I answered and got an extremely loud recorded voice shouting at me to attend the 2014 CPAC in Washington, DC, in March and to contribute money to CPAC. This is the second call I've gotten in two days from this number -- now on my blocked call list.

As a political organization they are allowed to make these robocalls.
And the Do not call list gives them (and any other charity, political organization or scammer) a great list of known good numbers to call.

Called ID showed caller as CPAC, the Conservative Political Action Committee. They called the wrong number for sure!
