I got similar message on 6th March 2014. Message was not clear. The person reading from a paper. Repeats the
phone number twice. Has an accent(Indian)? Fraud. I was getting similar calls from another Maryland number, last year.
Fraud--Don't bother to answer these b*****ds.

I received a call from same number and they want to arrest me if don't reply , but before I called back I Google this number and saw all the post. I knew this is a prank call by the accent.
I called back and told them if I get one more call I will talk to authority. They knew what I am talking about.

This is just a scam and prank call. I have gotten previous calls claiming to be from IRS and that I call a certain number concerning my tax returns. I'll be reporting this to FBI along with today's call.

Got similar message claiming to be from Fairfax Police and that a police officer is complaining about me and that I urgently contact him. The officer waiting for my call is Michael Black and his number is 202 800 8596.

This was a threatening message about being a local sheriff and having information that could lead to my arrest. I had got a few messages and, when I answered this call, the person hung up when I told him I'd got his messages and to come over and arrest me.
Scam artist with brazenness beyond belief. This might be real scary for an elderly person living alone.
