Called my DNC registered landline on 05/19/2014 @ 03:57 PM from Washington, DC. Caller ID shows Serv Dept. No message was left.

I have answered this call twice.  Both times there was no one there.  I kept saying hello and then they hang up.

Caller ID read "Serv Dept"
Robo call saying our business can get the money we deserve TODAY! Press1 to receive this business loan, PRESS 1!

No, no. It's your mistake. The call was from your grade five English teacher. She cries a lot.

-  they  are   also  impersonating  DEA  officials  /  IRS  /  FAKE  LAW  FIRMS   etc....  with  threats  to  arrest you  unless  you  immediately  send money  via  wire   transfer /  western  union   to some   offshore  country  !!!!!   obvious  scam  !!!

some  are landlines...many  are  cell phones...some  are  spoofed  and  linked  to  offshore foreign call centers  /  countries !!!!
we've  traced  back  most  of  these  numbers  to  offshore  foreign    call centers mostly  in   INDIA /  THAILAND / AFRICA  /  JAMAICA  ETC....

here's a  few  other  numbers  posted  from  the   same  area  code  offering a  wide  variety  of  scams  /  fake  emails and  scams  after  posting  something  on   craigslist   (  old  scam  )  ...... collecting  for  non  existant  "  payday  loans "....free  money / scam  giveaways /  calling  on  behalf  of  a  humane  society..... $1,000's  in  free  gov't  money.........  etc  etc.....stories  change  out  all the  time......and  the  usual  nonsense!!!

**   mysteriously  call to  claim  they  have  several  thousand  of  dollars  to  send  you / give ....just  provide  your  bank  account and  credit  card   right  away   etc etc.........scam scam

These yahoos also called Sunday evening at 7.16pm.cant imagine what they want especially as I have not called any Serv Dept. What do they hope to gain????

Same here.  Called Sunday night.  No ID, no message.  Just sheer aggravation.

Another loser telemarketing a**. Just put it on block list.

Another jerk telemarketer I'm sure.........called me twice back to back.  Blocked now.  Is anyone working at the DNC registry?  I don't think so.  I still report every number just to bother them.........:-)

Called this evening (Sunday) at 6:30 PM.  I was on the phone at the time so they didn't get my answering machine.  Caller ID said SERV DEPT.  I have added the number to my blocked callers list.

Unwanted bothersome phone calls from this number.

Got called twice caller would not not identify himself. Had details about me though
