I applied for a job with Snagajob and they had a form to fill out before I applied.  I thought I was initially filling out the form for the job but it was a school finding company.  This is a number from a service that helps you find schools and universities for those looking to further the educational goals.  

This has been happening to me for about 2 weeks now. When they called today I just put my phone on speakerphone and remained silent. This caused the caller to not hang up (as they usually do) on me this time. I called back and put my phone on speakerphone. A woman said what sounded like "Verizon Center", though I could be wrong. She then began saying "Hello Roberto?". She did this about two times until she hung up on me.

They call too many times each day - they let it ring 2 1/2 times and then hang up -
