I received the same message around midnight last night. I have my number on the do-not-call lists, so I'm wondering how they had my number of it if was just a random number generator used to spam-text. Idiots!

I just received a text from this number.  It said, "You have just won a $1000 Walmart Gift Card, enter "FREE" at (some web address I won't repeat so people don't click on it)".  I loaded up their website in a quarantined web browser to check it out.  The website wants you to provide your e-mail address and cell phone # in order to claim your prize.  Their privacy policy suggests they will sell your information to 3rd parties for marketing purposes.  Unless you actually enjoy junk mail, junk texts, telemarketing calls, etc., I don't recommend giving them your info.

I also don't believe I have a prior relationship with this company, so this text came unsolicited.  And because I don't have unlimited texting, it cost me money (paid to the phone company) to receive it.

Just received the same text message with a webpage address as well.
Not going to chance going to the website either.
