When balancing my checkbook I found a charge from Galmlook.us for the amount of $5.99. Phone Number was 920-264-9484. I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING OR OK THIS CHARGE. I called the number and it stated they have no one to anwser this call so I left a message demanding a call back or I will reprot them to the BBB. Let's see what happends....When you are on a tight budget every little bit does makle a difference. PLEASE CHECK YOUR BANK STATEMENTS

I also had a $5.99 charge from this company in my checking account. I have Wells
Fargo, not BoA. My phone service is through AT&T though, maybe their system got
compromised. Cancelled my bank card and the bank is giving my 6 bucks back :).

I had a 1.99 charge on my card this morning as well, got an email from BOA. I looked up the website, and it's a makeup company(?) I DO have an AT&T phone too, but I think it was probably a place where the debit machine was compromised. The only recent charge on my account was from me going to get lunch.

glamlook also charged my acct 4.99 without consent and apparently got the numbers where i had used card for archives website the only time info was given out my bank cancelled carc and now have to wait 7 to 14 days for new one beware it is ascam

Yes, me to today a $4.99 charge showed on my account. Same info when i called the number.

This is not going to go without  notice, I am placing a  claim with BBB..
and lodgng an investigation.

B of A also notified me the same way. I too was able to get all the money back and sent out a new card to me. Thanks B of A

Bank of America was very good and notified me that there might be fraudulent activity on my account so I looked at my account and sure enough there was a charge for $5.99 from Glamlook.US. I called B of A and they immediately stopped the payment refunded my money and sent me out another bank card.

Check all your accounts...these charges could be on any one of your cards...Debit or credit...and....they figure...oh, it's a small charge...they won't even Notice...aaargh! GLAMLOOK>>>WATCH out...WE are all hunting you down!!
To you affected by this like myself...CANCEL your CARDS.....or at least the most recent affected one you know of!

I found my checking acct, to have a charge of 1.99 from GLAMLOOK.US ,do not know who this is . The only thing I have done different with my debit, was place a order from QVC. I did call them to ask if they knew who this glamlook.us whoever is .They also do not know I have called my bank to stop payment.So now I have to cancell debit card,   What A Pain  I hope these hackers get thier Day.

04/02/2012 -- I tried to cancel this order through the number that I called a number of time.  I am disputing the charges on my account for 4.99 to GlamLookUS, which I DID NOT authorize.  The charges appeared on 3-30-12.  The GE Banking agency sent me an email ..it states, " However, if the transaction has posted, you may request for credit from the merchant. If the merchant agrees and processes the credit, the amount will go back to the account within 3 to 5 business days. You may call 411 Directory Assistance to get the phone number of the merchant."    Well,  I did call there and received no luck from the GlamLook.us in return of my money!  I am going to close the account, the bank won't refund my money anyway.  Also, I am going to report it to the police.  WHERE DID IT FIND MY CREDIT NUMBERS FROM?

Charged my CC without my authority

i had a charge for 4.99 from them that i never authorized. Now i can't get a hold of anyone in their company about it.  How they got my account number is beyond me. I am not at all happy about this

Received an email from BoA concerning "Irregular Debit Card Activity" - stemming from a 4.99 charge by glamlook.us as others have mentioned.  Card canceled and reissued.  I don't believe Kroger is the common link, I've never shopped there nor have I used my card in the last 6 months.

I had a 4.99 change from this GLAMLOOK.US company and I called the number. A man with a foreign accent was on their answering machine. Seems like a common thread from what I have read here is Bank of America. I wonder if they got hacked or something. I am in SC so we all are from different states.

I had the same charge but it was for 4.99 and i have disputed it with my fraud department.  They cancelled my card and will reissue me a new one. You call the number and person with a Eastern Indian Accent and is just a voice mail....i just thank goodness i have the fraud insurance on my account to where they contact of any unusual activity..

I had a charge on my account as well $5.99. Called that number and a man with an Asian accent tells you to go to the website and no website available. This is bs!!

I received an alert from Bank of America notifying me of a $4.99 charge by Glamlook.us. I immediately canceled my debit card.

Similar to another victim on this thread, I used my debit card at a Kroger yesterday and today this $4.99 charge hits my bank account.  I am now wondering if the systems at Kroger have been compromised.

The same thing happen to me Bank America fruad call me .THe famous company famlook had taken 5.99 out my account.WHO IN THE HELL ARE THESE PEOPLES AND WHY CAN'T THEY BE CAUGHT.

Here are somethings I am considering.
1.  I have had a lot of strange numbers calling me lately, including a number from Seattle, Washington last week, which showed up on reverse look up as spam, but I don't have the number any more.
2.  I have been getting lots of random texts from unknown people. Not spam per se,because they are seemingly people, texting other friends.
3.  I recently bought gas in Houston at a Valero I have never been to.  
4.  I also recently went to a Spec's liquor store in downtown Houston.
5.  I have an ATT cell phone.
6.  Recently purchased some songs from Itunes.
7. Kroger purchase the day before the fraud.
8. Reliant Energy company two days before.

Does anyone else have similar trends, I am also interesed in finding out the source of this.
I feel fortunate that I have no problems, my credit union is refuning the money after I submitted a fraudulent transaction affidavit.  I am considering filing a police report just in case.

Any other folks have similar transactions lately?

I had a charge from this bogus company too for $4.99, i cancelled my card and filed a police report. That was the only way i would get my $4.99 back into my account. this was on 3/9/12 and they took the money on 3/12/12

Received a call from my Bank of America's fraud unit this morning.  Transaction was allegedly made by me yesterday @ 11AM, $4.99, and posted this morning to my account.  I disputed the transaction, cancelled my card (number), now have to get a temporary card pending receipt of a new card, and then change all of my automatic bill pay vendors.

Bank of America rep told me some data base (not theirs) was compromised, BofA isolated the affected card numbers from their own customer list, and have begun "pursuing."

I had a charge of $5.99 on my charge card on 3/11/12. I cancelled the card.

I called the number and a guy with a accent anwsered he said to contact through
their web site at GlamLookUs.com. There is not a web site for this address.
I have disputed the charge with my bank. I have to get a new card, if this place
or people have our card numbers,they can do more damage than 1.99 I think everyone
who has had charges on their cards for get new cards.

Same thing happened to me on 02/23/12 on my charge card.  I  just checked my balance and saw this $4.99 charge from Glamlookus.  I disputed it of course.
