In my last post I called ? some names that absolutely were right on about himself and since he can.t respond to them he had a tantrum and had admin take them down. You sir are a criminal you and your ilk rob folks by lying through your teeth to the public. I was called by them looking for somebody else and on my cell phone. Against the law. I was told a madeUp story about the person they were looking for giving me personal info. Against the law. Then called the person they were looking for at work and was told not to and did it again right after they were told not too. Against the law. These people will give no info in writing or otherwise after being asked. Against the law. Now try and keep up you criminal. The so called debt they were trying to collect on was made up, get it they were trying to extort money from someone over a debt that was ficticious, you still with me you moron. I'm terribly sorry that the people on this site are hurting your bottom line and that my profanities in the post that the admin clearly caved in on and removed hurt your fragile sensibilities you criminal. Your post makes no sense which is why it is so obvious to me gives you away you criminal. We had to contact our attorney our bank the FTC, FBI and our states attorney general because of people like you, You  CRIMINAL. You post like you don't know the score. Which is what gives you away. i revised a call today for a number 972 348 9724 from a Den M. that he was from district 12 check fraud div.
and that if i didn't call him back my right to an a lawyer are wafer.

I just received a voicemail from an Amanda who was calling to set up service of process.  I have to laugh because I am well versed in the FDCPA and I KNOW they don't call and warn you that you are about to be served.  Nor do they require that you have an attorney present.  They make their calls sound so official like with the whole "District 12 Check Fraud Division."  People do your homework.  These are scam artists.  Most payday loans cannot be collected upon because most are not licensed to do business within your state.

Question, for those who are being contacted. Did you or your family members take out a payday loan and didn't pay it back? I just can't piece the puzzles together on something being a fraud on something that is owed. Maybe it's just me. The person on the other end on the phone was very helpful and I owed those people. I came here just like you guys to see if it's a fraud but then realized. I didn't pay the loan back so why go through all this. Get over it. Either you handle it or not. These online forums are ridiculous.

I received a call today from this # 1-202-827-0760. The man on the line asked me if i was related to a person and then gave me my mothers name. I answered him by telling him that was my mother. He then tells me he is with some kind of fraud division. He tells me my mother is in alot of trouble concerning check fraud and that it is very important he speak with her because in less than an hr charges are going to be filed against her and he is trying to help her but he needs to get her side of the story. Now at the time I was taken completely off guard and told him i would contact her and give her his information and have her call him back. He then tells me his name  David Flemming and gives me his # and also told me she would need the case # as he starts to tell me the he actually said F as in fraud and then another 6 digits after that. Now I know already this has to be a mistake but i take all his info and my mother called back. Completely bogus wouldn't give any info to her. We called our attorney she told us to fill out a police report which she did and to record any calls in the future. These people committing fraud themselves. I can only hope this Mr. Flemming calls me back so i can record myself cussing this piss of s*** out giving it to my attorney then posting it to youtube.

John Johnson SR called my house today, looking for my husband in reference to his mother. Saying that he was from the District 12 Check Fraud Division. He said that my husband needed to call him back regarding his mother and that this was a very important matter. Is this guy for real or does anyone know? I really don't want to have him call this man back because it may be a scam, but then again if this is for real, I don't want him to be in trouble for not responding. Not sure what to do at this point.

I just got a call on my cell and work from this guy also. Glad I read this. How long did he continue trying to contact you? Should I be at all concerned???

I got a call from this guy today and after alot of research with the state and federal authorites found this is FRAUD!!!!!

A guy john Johnson called telling me I owe a payday loan. Then transferredme to a supervisor which did not wanot want to give me much information. Then I asked if a Daniele Stevens works there and he said no but I called back around 11pm and that name comes on voucemail.
