Called at 1am.  Hang-up.  If it really is pepco, they have no business making hangup calls at this hour.

PEPCO calling to let me know they're monitoring the coming snow storm and I should expect their service to fail as usual. Gotta set that bar low PEPCO.

Idk if this is a pepco number, but they called my cell number at 1:30am!!  I didn't pick up but they did wakee up.  Maybe they were wanted to be the first ones to wish me a happy 4th of July.

Happy I did this search to see what the call was and appreciate the call from PEPCO.  Now I just need them to do their best to get the power up and running when it turns off. :-)

Uuuum glad I looked here to see what others were saying. I didn't answer but no message left... Great Pepco really really really sucks.

Doesn't Pepco think we know by now that if it rains the power will go out, and if there is a Hurricane (anywhere on east coast) we are likely to lose power for days if not weeks.

I would be much happier if they did something to limit the length of the outage.

We have determined that your automated thermostat battery may cause it to malfunction.  Please remove it immediately to prevent any potential problem.  This was the automated message I received from this phone number.  There was no instruction on how to get into the thermostat to remove the battery.  Once again, PEPCO is providing great customer service.  Absolutely no information other than to do something with no instructions on how to do it.  Further they said call this number if you have a problem!  Isn't that just great!
