this "Officer Eric Foster called me on my cell phone this morning at 11:11 am...  
Demanded that I call him ASAP or I would be in a lot of trouble.  I hope he
does not continue to bother me.  I will not be calling him back.

I almost fell for this scam, but thankfully I paid attention to the alarms going off in my head. I just called the number from my land-line that "Fake"  Officer Gary called from and it has been disconnected.

These people need to be put away

This man called about my 11 year old son and was making threats to us

This guy, Eric Foster(?), with Indian accent, left two same messages on my home phone and told me in a rude way to call this number ASAP, otherwise I will be in big trouble. It is obviously threatening. Should I report to the police? In between these two messages, there is also a similar message from a female telling me to call the IRS office at 202-241-1617. I really think FBI should investigate this harassment.

I got the same call just 2 min. ago. They did not leave a message on my phone.  So I looked up the nunber and this what I found.

I got a call from this number and when I called back the answer was "thank you for calling the IRS this is agent Gary", when I said I was returning the call they hanged up.  The FBI should be investigating this.

This person Jerry (or Erik) Foster left several message on my answering machine threatening that he is from the IRS and if I don't call back in a matter of hours I will be trouble.

This guy with an Indian accent called me claiming to be someone working for the IRS and said that the IRS would be coming to my house tomorrow with an arrest warrant & would be taking me to court because of tax fraud. He claimed I owe the IRS $2450 and if I didn't pay I would be taken to court and possibly placed in federal prison for 90 days.

They call me while I was teaching. I call them back and asked them their identity. She hanged up the phone.

I recive that call today they said you send money in your country you did not tell us we can can take your passport and send you back to your country .  I told them I don't know anything they ask me what language do you speak they spoke in my language and try to get my information.but still I was not convince.Please do not ever give your information over the phone.

Left a message on my answering machine giving the name of Jerry foster IRS officer at around noon today.Said he needed to hear from me or my attorney and not to ignore his call or problems could result.He or she sounded foreign and did not speak clearly.

I am also getting same calls. I wonder if reporting to his phone carrier would do anything.

I got it today too. had it traced. They should be arrested within 48 hours.

There is a fairly common IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers in both Canada and the USA.

He is abusing me through phone and I cant stop this. left 12 vm already.

called me with thick accent and said f*** you and when I hung up called me left me Vm full of abuses. what is happening.

this number is harassing me a lot. called me 15 times and he is abusing me and said he wants to f*** me and so on. what is this and why is [eople calling us like that? we need help.

Look out for a bogus phone caller claiming to work for the IRS, and says that you owe money. This number is to a Sprint mobile phone.
