Oddly, Tom, no one ever answers when I call.  And even stranger, every time I answer a call that turns out to be from I.C. Systems, it is a different number, from a different location.

If you guys are legitimate, you should probably actually leave a message, or mail people something, whether they owe you a debt or to let them know about new products and services.  Otherwise, I'm just chalking up all the calls to a scam or illegal debt collection for something that has already been paid or isn't mine.

They have called me also but won't leave a message and any legitimate bill collector will at least leave a message!! It is a scam!!

This number calls me at least once a day.  I've answered twice and I get a recorded message telling me to hold while they connect my call.

They have been calling me for the last week and not a single one has spoken english, they are from India.  I started to question them and they get loud and belligerant, then I hang up on them.  They have been calling my cell phone also which if they are from AT &T they got my number, because I do not give out my cell phone to anyone.  My daughter used my info to get Uverse TV then she cancelled it and it took her a month to mail back the equipment and now they don't want to credit the equipment and are trying to say I owe for it, sorry I am not paying for nothing.

I have been receiving 5-10 calls per day from 7am until 11:20pm on a business issued cell phone that I am required to have on me for my job. Thanks to whatever idiot keeps calling from this number, my infant child has been woken up several times and when I DO answer, there is nothing there and then the called just hangs up. No messages have been left either. I just called the number back, which is LONG DISTANCE on my work phone which I will have to pay out of pocket, and sat on hold for 6 minutes and 20 seconds waiting for someone to answer my call...listening to a repetitive recording of 'your call is important to us, we will be with you in a moment'. STOP HARRASSING!

It is a bottom feeder collection company. They are a bunch of scam artists. DO NOT answer it or give them any of your information.

as great as that sounds, it doesn't work. i've asked them nicely to quit calling me and i've been hateful. they continue to call daily and won't identify who they are in a language that i can recognize. i can't think of any type of legitimate marketing effort that refuses to identify who they are, where they are calling from and what they are selling BEFORE they insist that i verify my mailing address. i've reported them to BBB. thanks for providing all of the information i needed to do that. and also reported to the telemarketing fraud hotline.

This number keeps calling my 12 yr old son's cell.  I called them back and they said it was for someone whom we do not know and asured me his number would be removed.  The guy was a real jerk about it.  Then 2 months later they called again and again I called them and the female was very nice and again she assured me the number would be removed.  It has been about 2 months and the calls have started again.  How do I make them stop.

The guy who called me was very pushy and he wanted me to provide him my credit card info (claiming that I have an outstanding balance from ATT, which I knew for sure I didn't have any unpaid bill). I called ATT to check and they told me it could be a scam. Bottom line is Never Provide them any info check with AT&T first.

I receive 2-5 calls from this number a day at varying hours... Even on Sunday these idiots call me, how do i get rid of them?

P.S. if you do talk to them, please try and get their name and ID number. More credit debt companys give you  their first name and their ID code for your records. If they refuse to give you a name you know something is up...

This numbe keeps calling me even on the weekends. thanks for the phone numbers. You can call your local service and have all of these numbers blocked. If you have family members associated with this tell them to do the same because they will start calling friends and people from your phone record. I've had that happen to me.

Also if they ask for money tell them you want and iternery of what exactly you owe. If they refuse to give you one, hang up until they do and check your credit ratings. Do not give them any information of who you are or any details until you know exactly what they are calling for and call the company they are representing if it's from atandt ect... before you give them information. And if you do ow a company, talk to them directly. Talk to someone about having the harrassment stop from these numbers. What they are doing is illegal. They are only supposed to call between the hours of 8am to 9pm by law.

My phone id says they are from the District of Columbia and Virginia.

wrg, you need to send a letter in writing to stop calling and to only contact by mail. if it is legitimate they have every right to call.

This company has gotten my phone number from a Leona Collins.......each time that I recieve a call from this company, I will make sure that I call them back 10 time more than they call me, you have a wrong number, I have NO IDEA who LEONA COLLINS is, and I will be sure to continue to say her name.....over and over and over again, so that you are able to get your money from this low life women who has given my number out...........LEONA COLLINS.....person who doesn't pay your bills and take care of your business!!!!!

These people have been continuously calling my cell phone all hours of the day and night... I just received one at 10 to 8 in the evening it's f****n ridiculous.  They call me when i'm at work and its really pissing me off

I am called multiple times a day - every day - but that has ended today.  They have been added to my blacklist.  They may call but I will not be notified.  If it's a debt that I owe (which I already made arrangements to pay off with the creditors) it can easily be paid for by firing these debt collecting, harassing scumbags.  Problem solved.

 Please explain why we should have to tell you/your company to stop the harassing phone calls?  And while at it explain why you are calling numbers for which I would get billed for the call (Cell)?  Your company calls 5-10 times a day and never leaves a message, if whatever you have to say is worth calling it is damn worth leaving a message.

They actually hung up on me when I started asking for specifics.
They seemed to represent hospitals/medical affiliations, just now contacting me regarding a claimed 2003 date of service.

I do not know who this is and if it is a collection agency, I do not know why they are calling. I don't owe anybody any money besides the normal credit card which is paid and has never been late.
