just been called today by asian lady saying she was working for microsoft london office at 80-100 victoria st and my PC had been sending error messages for several months and had been infected by viruses and that it needed to be sorted or it would be shut down today.
most of time I couldn't understand what she was saying (poor english and background noise) but became suspicious when she asked to see what was on my PC, after asking for her name, telephone number and that I would ring her tomorrow after carrying out some verification/security checks the phone went dead......

These people called me they are indeed scammers, these people putting comments about them being Genius are in fact working for the scamming company, When online pc genius called me the asian man on the phone told me my computer was infected and wanted me to download teamviewer which allows him to look at my computer screen remotely, this would also allow him to infect my computer, when I told the man I wasn't wanting his ''help'' he got very irate shouting down the phone at me, ''I will kill your computer'' and ''your computer will be dead in 5 minutes''I was speechless didn't know what to say as this is not the conduct of a reputable company, then he said ''come on idiot speak up'' so with this I replaced the handset......don't believe these scammers or the people who put good comments on here about them these people are oviosly working for the company

I received a call from them some weeks ago, and not being very computer savvy, accepted that what they showed me was true, even though I do have security systems fitted. I paid them £189 for lifetime cover, which I have lost and another company, tecsavy.niasbusinesssolutions.com now show me the same amount of corruption of my files. They say they are licensed by Microsoft and as my license protection has now run out, I need to pay again. Who can I trust in this business now?? Are they showing me real corruption, or is there a way they can insert the info onto my computer?

Same as above I'm afraid. First caller passed me onto another "jack" who had me on the phone for over an hour.  They directed me to UKdata.com, and companieshouse.gov.uk in an attempt to prove who they are.  It proves nothing and I told them that.  After saying they wee not selling anything they wanted £63 for each of three software programmes to protect my pc.  When I refused they passed me onto a so called manager.  I told him in no uncertain terms I was not interested in buying anything.  He was not happy with my response.  I did not pass on any card details.

I have had several calls from this number over the last few days.
Amy said she was calling from "on line pc solutions" and that I could look them up on www.ukdata.com.
She told me that i was sending out error reports and she would help me identify what software is corrupted.
It sounds well dodgy to me

Just f*** off... They are scams and just try to get the card details.. Rachel was the bi*** who called me and said to buy a subscription. She have tried all her ways to make me impressed that they are MICROSOFT Certified.. Can someone Imagine why a MICROSOFT Tech will call me just to sell a subscription and forced me to buy it. That company is Registered on a Indian guy whose name was displayed on paypal. They all are mother f****rs who are irritating us by calling again and again.. So the Best way is to do not answer their questions the disconnect the call

They have just rang me up. They were extremely misguided as i didn't even have a computer! I told them im not interested but the bad English speaking man was continuing. I tried to get on with what i was doing. They called me 7 times over the day and i have now reported them. I urge anyone to do the same as i did.

Just had a call from them and very pushy.  Perhaps stupidly I did allow them access through TeamViewer so I hope I havn't let them do something on my computer or load anything on.  They showed me all the errors and warning listed under Computer Management.  I told them I was not going to pay them anything today and they could call back in couple of days after I've looked into them.  I would say they are much too pushy to be genuine so don't touch them.  hopefully I havn't made too much of a mistake allowing them access.

They hacked into my computer an totally messed it up. They also removed a large quantity of money from my bank account after telling me they would optimise my computer for a small fee, but I fell for their scam and now it's too late to do anything, also their phone number is fake and the address they claim to be based at belongs to someone who has no knowledge of them.

I have just had call from PC Genius, couldn't understand the first person, this was because of her poor english and bad telephone connection, so I used 1471, the number was 02030269827...I then spoke to someone who passed me to their manager, I was then passed to their manager and finally a real smart as* uber manager, the speak they use is all sales closing talk, and to be told "were not selling you anything" then they say u need to spend £35 for a key, is In my opinion selling....
Personally I would not buy anything from this company, they are a scam and use scare tactics, so my advice if they call hang up and report them

I received a call from onlinepcgenius.com telling me that my pc wad infected with a virus that had corrupted most of my system files. They said that it would infect all computers in the house if I didn't have the software installed, supposedly free, or not as they wanted a one of fee for a license key. After they remotely controlled my pc supposedly showing me the damage caused by the virus.(who knows what they were really doing with it!) I refused to pay the fee, they hung up on me but continued to control my computer. I had to cut my Internet off to stop them. I don't trust these people and would urge others no to either.

I received a call from a Paul Dexter from as he said a company called onlinepcgenius.com of Kensington London phone no 02030269827.  He said he had been trying to contact me for weeks as their info showed virus, trojan etc, in my computer. This sounded genuine I had recently been infected and had my computer cleaned up and AVG protection added, but could it have come back?
Being cautious I hung up, did a bit of checking, and phoned back 4hrs later. This time Paul was busy  and I spoke to Alec and went along with their offer supposedly free but they asked and got a one off licence fee this was via someone called Rachel.

IS THIS GENUINE CAN ANYONE CONFIRM THIS IS NOT A SCAM.

There seems to be conflicting info being thrown around.

I had a phone call of this company and i check my computer every day with one of the best up to date anti virus software available and dont have a virus but according to them i do have i virus so dont trust them they are a hoax. dont believe them when they say you have a virus. do a check your self and then you will see if you have a virus or not. if you do have a virus use your own software to  get rid of it and not some random person calling you up. Apparently they are microsoft verified but i dont believe that at all but you can always check with microsoft yourself.
