Got a call from this number on my cell phone. I kept saying hello and nobody said anything. Person stayed on line for 11 seconds and then hung up.

someone called my daughters phone from this number. they said nothing and listened to her say hello several times and then they hung up. i called the number back and they wouldnt answer.
