This number has been calling my house several times a day.  I can't seem to be able to answer the call at all, but I'm pretty sure this has to do with the unreliability of my house phone.  Whenever I call the number I get a message saying it's not in service.  I'm really annoyed because the repeated ringing of the phone is extremely disruptive.  
I've read some of the other comments, and think it is worth noting that there is a teenager who has recently taken the PSATs living in my house.

HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I ASKED QUESTIONS!

Caller said she was calling from the "Scholastic Program". She knew my high school child's name. She said that my child requested their study materials for college prep. I told her that my child did not request the materials and asked where she got our name from. She mumbled something about PSATs and then hung up on me.

I think she was hoping I would fall for it and then offer to give credit card information for the study materials that she falsely claimed my child requested. Didn't get to find out because she hung up on me for asking questions. Most likely this is scam but at best a dishonest telemarketer.

Caller stated he is Associated with scholastic learning this, time left a name and number for me to call back 18005947397 for Mr. McQueen I didn?t return that call so not sure if the number is valid. We are not interested due to the previous comment and circumstances.

caller associated with prep for student testing for collage. rude , unprofessional, had several wrong information about  my child,wouldn't give location where he was calling from and hang up. i called back , the number is not in service.

This number calls my home several times a week. The person on the other end never says anything and when I call the number back, because i have caller ID, I get a according, saying that the number is a non-working number.

Please let me know who owns this number.
