They almost got me and gave them some info, but right away hangup and called the lost and stolen credit/debit cards and they closed the card/account and now I'm expecting a new card; just be careful.

Text message rcv'd last night: CONNEX C.U. ALERT: Your card starting with 4013 has been DEACTIVATED. Please contact us @ 203-533-6242 (May 6th @ 8:59PM & the # that it came from was same as above, (231)327-9565 )
I ~am~ a Connex CU member but do not have a card w/those #s. When I called the ~REAL~ credit union 800 # they said it was a scam & double checked my accounts to be sure. The credit union assured me that ANY problems w/activity on my account & I would have been contacted by the Visa fraud dept personally.
DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO!!!

This number left a text message; " THE CREDIT UNION CENTER ALERT: Your CARD has been DEACTIVATED. Please contact us at 203-533-6242. 9:30PM Sat. May 5
Please note I have NO CC with this union or any other credit union.....do not fall for the scam. Report to the Do Not Call, file a complaint! Do not give them any information!
