We get calls daily from these bone heads! It is only an annoying call with the caller never identifying themselves, sometimes one can hear sounds in the background.

I also receive a daily call from 203-546-1025 with an automatic disconnect when I answer. I try to call the number but it won't go through. Caller ID says Paragon Decision.

They call about every 3rd day. It is an immediate hang up as soon as we answer. I now have him in my phone as "hang up guy" & i refuse the call whenever they try to call me. I figure they will eventually get tired of calling.
I filed a DON NOT CALL complaint with the government about 3 months ago but I never heard back from the FCC.

Just spoke with a lady at Paragon.203-546-1000.
She said that it is a computer glich. Their computer phone system for some unknow reason dials random phone numbers & they are working with AT&T to eliminate problem.
she seemed sincere enough, let's hope the calls stop.

they start off as a yellow page update, but they are really trying to sell you some sort of investment. After a few calls from them, they started to ask me personal information so they could send me some investment plan. I at that time told them I was not interested. They still kept calling, so I asked them to not call me any more. This was two months ago. I went a couple of weeks with no calls, but then the hangup calls started. I now get 2 or 3 calls a week. I do not answer them any more. Wish there was something I could do to get them to stop, but when I call back they answer "not in service"

This 203-546-1025 number has been calling me once a week for the past 5 weeks. When it calls my cell phone, nobody's on the other side. The line disconnect immediately (within 3 seconds).

Someone in our office apparently took a call from (203) 546-1025 claiming that they were updating our FREE yellow pages listing. She gave out TOO MUCH information not knowing this is obviously a scam. When I answered the phone, they claimed they didn't hear her correctly the last time she called, they were very rude to me and I told the b***h on the other line off. Glad I did!

Why in the world would you even talk to some stranger on the phone, much less "verify" some information? THIS IS HOW SCAMS WORK. As long as people are ignorant of this basic fact, scams will not stop.

That's just what happened to me. I only spoke to them at all to "verify" my address and told them several times I was not buying or signing up for anything. Next thing I know $45 on my phone bill and many hours effort to get rid of it. Usually I just hang up on calls like this before they get 10 words out. Be stupid and this is what you get on your next phone bill:

Apparently, someone from my company took a call from this number claiming they were updating our "free" yellow pages listing. They called back this week saying they wanted to verify what she said because it was inaudible because she was being recorded. I told her I refuse to give her my information and she the woman got very abusive with me on the phone. I told her I wanted to speak to her superviser and she told me I'd have to stay on the phone for 2 minutes to wait for the supervisor. I told her to go fly a kite and hung up!

Each time they call there is the sound as if a number is being dialed, then diconnected.
Each time they call I file a complaint with the National Do Not Call Registry. If we all do this perhaps they can take action.

Phone rings with this caller ID at least 3 times a day ... EVERY day including week ends ... either they ask for the owner and hang up when I say he is not available ... or the line goes dead the second I answer ... when I call it back it says that it is not a working number ... how is that possible???? Reverse look up yeilds no information other than it is a land line in Danbury CT ... Please make these people stop!!!! Thank you!

THE TRICK IS TO GET YOU TO SAY YES SO THAT THEY CAN SWITCH YOUR SERVICE OR ADD A THIRD PARTY BILL ON TO YOUR PHONE BILL... HAD THIS HAPPEN SEVERAL TIMES... TELL THEM YOU DONT GIVE OUT INFO OVER THE PHONE AND TO MAIL YOU AN AGREEMENT THAT CAN BE REVIEWED AND SIGNED AND SEE HOW FAST THEY HANG UP... ALSO CONTACT YOUR PHONE SERVICE AND PUT A BLOCK ON ALL THIRD PARTY CHARGES THAT WILL SAVE YOU A LOT OF HEAD ACHS IN THE FUTURE... HOPE THIS HELPS

Just called myself to the number ending in 1037(as mentioned above). Sandy says they are working wit AT&T, though AT&T will not actually "do the work" until the 21st of December. She claims someone has "hacked into their line". So now we will all get these calls until AT&T bothers to help us out. And everyone knows AT&Ts customer service bites.

Receive calls almost daily. Usually hangs up after I answer. Today I answered with my company name. They repeated it and asked "how's Jim?", and then hung up. Jim is my dead father.

I called Paragon Decision in Danbury, CT and talked to Sandy. She explained there is a problem with the phone company and that their company is NOT making these calls. Their IT department is working with the Phone Co to identify the problem. I called Paragon Decision 203-546-1037 then dialed '0' to talked with the operator (Sandy). Hope the problem is fixed soon. I've been getting these calls for weeks from 203-546-1025 and when I answer, I hear a noise then the phone disconnects.

This person called and asked to speak to a specific person in our office. I thold they were not here and he said he needed to talk to them immediately. That he was a family member and it was a matter of life and death. He hung up before I could get any additional information from him. When I tried to call back I did not get an answer. I have no idea who this was or where to have anyone call/

Says he's updating my yellowpages info for my business. Verifies my name, #, address and birthdate (month and day). Says he has to record for FCC purposes and after you say you understand, he says, "Welcome to the worldwide web" and disconnects.

This is the 2nd time they called today. The first time they hung up as soon as I answered. The 2nd time the man started to talk and I started to say would you please take us off your call list. He immediately hung up when I started to talk.

I finally got through calling them. Wouldn't tell me what they do. Lady claimed that they DO NOT cold call, blaming the problem on a "phone line glitch." When I reminded her that the calls have been coming for a long time, she offered to give me her "personal phone number." Then she hesitated trying to think of her "name." When I laughed she went all asnark and refused to give any information.
I also called one of the other numbers under which they are listed and went directly to answering machines, each being a female who said "I no longer work for .... please call "Michelle" at _______."
Quite a tangled web of B.S.
