OH please, I have sent them numerous cks to pay in full a number of times, and the "conveniently" lost my ck so I have to repay them the amt again.(I used money orders) I have been bent over for this company for many years and this time when its all done, IM OUT>>this company is a disgrace...
PS they have me running around to find out if the ck has been cashed and if not have it reprinted..mind you Im 8 months preg.. I got a call from these a**holes at 6:15 AM on a SATURDAY morning ! The only reason I didn't answer was by the time I lept out of bed, got to my kitchen and found my cell, I had already missed the call. This is a collection agency ??! And people wonder why when someone goes Timothy Mcvaie on their a**es.

Those annoying telephone calls are from the foreign-owned bank RBS Citizens, N.A., operating through its RBS Card Services division in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Both are subsidiaries of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group plc.


Lower-level RBS Card Services employees are engaging in illegal telephone harrassment and intimidation activities that are ripe for a headline-grabbing, class-action settlement. In a public climate already unsympathetic to large multinational banks, corporate officials either promote such practices or they are unaware of the situation. In either case they should be put on notice.

I too received calls over the past 2 days from this number with no VM I have a voluntarily closed & "current" account with RBS. Perhaps they're calling me to beg for me to come back...FAT CHANCE! It was closed for a reason so suck it RBS!

Maybe if some people paid their bills on time and knew how to live within their means you would not have collection agencies calling you what a novel idea.

Sometimes people have unfortunate life experiences that preventthem in their best effort to make payments.  Such as an unexpected death of two children.  So keep your fat opinion to yourself.  And there is no reason to harrass people with call after call. It is against the law!

I received three phone calls from this number on my cell phone. I did not answer because the number was unfamiliar. Neither of the times did the person leave me a voicemail. I am unsure why they are calling me. Next time they call I am planning to answer to I can find out what they want and hopefully they will stop calling me.

answered one of their calls and it was a recording with 800 number to call back.  The # appeared on my phone even on Christmas day.  Called back using 203 # and got recording asking me to enter credit card #.  I believe this a is a scam all the way

Started receiving calls from 203-551-2599, no message is left.  The calls start at 8:30 am and continue until 9pm, even on Christmas eve.

They call me at least a few times a day. They leave a message on my phone it's a recording saying I must call them between this and this time When I call them back it ask for my credit  card number. Who is this person? It cost me money to have this person call me

I just received a call from them and the VM that was left was no talking just typing and maybe a tv in the background...and then I heard someone breath and then it hung up...wtf!

I DID SOME RESEARCH ON THIS, THE PARENT COMPANY IS  KROGER FINANCIAL CREDIT CARD SERVICES AND THEIR ARE BUNCH OF CROOKS. THE COMPANIES RATING IS IN THE SEWER. THEY ENTRAP PEOPLE THAT WANT A LOAN WITH OUTRAGOUS INTEREST WHICH BUILDS AND BUILDS. THESE THEN USE SKIP TRACERS AND COLLECTORS TO GET THEIR MONEY. this is the royal bank of scotland??? They service many other credit cards also. I was not about to give my account number out. They service Kroger Rewards Mastercards also. I cannot believe Krogers would use a service like this. Royal Bank of Scotland? Give me a break

I received my first one ever this afternoon. Thank you all for your reports. I will now call block that number.

I have received around 14 calls from this number, many automated voicemails about hours partially cut off. Same "credit card services" bit. I answer and no one in there. Needs to stop!

For the past two days, I have received 8 calls from 203-551-2599.  I've answered it 3 times and each time the person has asked for "Carol".  I've told them its the wrong number and to update their files, but they keep calling.

This number has called me 4 times today.  I missed the first 3 calls, and finally answered the fourth.  It was an automated voice message saying to call Credit Card Services (at an 800 number) for an important message. By the time I got to a pen, they didn't repeat the 800 number.  When I called number on my phone, it said "Welcome to credit card services.  Please enter your 16 digit creditcard number."  At that point I hung up, and figured if it was a legit call, it would have been an actual person calling and would have left a message regarding what the call was about

We got a call on our cell phone, and after 5 calls, we answered.  The recording on the line said "Please hold for an important message from credit card services"  Then you hold for about a minute and a half, and the call is terminated without anyone answering.
