For a land line, Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so. For cell phones, some of the newer ones already have call blocking on them, otherwise you can google free apps and see if there is one that will work.

I get these strange numbers from all over the world, this being just one of them. Annoying and want them to stop. Anyway we can achieve this?
