These people are extremely aggravating and harrasing.  They call almost daily, and dont leave a message.  I have spoken to them twice.  First time, i told them to take me off the list.  This second time, when I was in the middle of trying to speak to a rep named "Joe" he hung up on me.  You cant get a live person when you call back.  All you can do is press 1 to be taken off the list.  Lets see how many more times they call after being taken off the list twice.  This is terrible.  I understand everyone I know is getting these calls.  I work in an office and I get these calls several times a week and on the work cell phone as well....pure harrassment.

I am sooooo tired of the calls.  They call everyday.  There is not a day that goes by and I don't receive a call from them retarded people bout a car warranty.  I even tried calling back and recording states the call can't be completed as dialed.  So what does that tell you.  What can be done?  I see the "No Call List" doesn't work.

I have been getting weird calls. This number popped up today. Lots of calls from the east coast - 203 area codes multiple times. I thought the no-call list was supposed to mean something. There ought to be a law!!!! I don't answer the phone, and am sure these are just marketing calls.

I used to have GEICO insurance and don't have them anymore. They continue to try to get me to come back even though their claim service stinks and they don't defend their policy holders when the accident wasn't their policyholders fault - I had to go into arbitration and still was considered 40% liable (the older driver had a DWI and other problems in his record) - I dumped GEICO and will never go back. They want to "negotiate" with other companies - forget that!! I want service!!

Regarding warranty expiring on vehicle. They call my work and I have talked with them and the minute they find out they are calling a business and that it is a Legal Department, they hang up.  They don't like questions either.

They have called me for the past week, if I could talk to them without them hanging up on me I would ask them to remove me from the list. I am mad, tired of them calling!!!!

Calling on an 1-800 line for customers at a public utility- I get these calls 3-4 times a day!  I call back, and no answer - I pressed 1 to speak to a rep to let them know that the number they are calling is for customers, and they hang up mid-sentance!  They are using a new number - before these were coming from a California area code - they need to stop - this is ridiculous!

Exactly the same, just now! Thought it might be a friend who lives in Greenwich. Truly, this continues without government intervention? Me, too - I don't answer if I don't recognize the number because it's charged to me. Absolutely flagrant. Government agencies can't do anything? How do these people get unlisted cell numbers - on the west coast no less.

I've had the same cell phone number for 12 years and up until 2-3 weeks ago never received telemarketing calls and now I'm getting 3-4 per day from different area codes. And, I never put my cell phone on the do not call list either. I don't answer if I don't recognize the number so I don't really know what they're selling.  However, legitimate businesses leave voice mail and none of these do.  

I also saw that Verizon filed suit a company that was auto-dialing cell phones.

Unfortunately, I suspect with the economy a lot of these people are desperate trying to drum up business or they're a scam so they probably aren't going away.

I get this call everyday, Pete at PACTEC CALLS ME EVERYDAY.

i recieved call from this nummber and ive never had a vehicle that had a warranty. i didnt answer the call because i only take business calls on that cellphone. how ever, i do know the laws regarding cellphone usage and they are not allowed by law to call your cellphone unless you directly give them permission. i dont know who you would report this to but im sure there is someone.

This person has been calling me almost daily, and DON'T LEAVE A MESSAGE!  WHO IS THIS RANDOM CALLER!!!!!!  It is getting VERY annoying!

this number called me constantly, almost 1-2 times everyday, it is very annoying.

They have been calling me and my boyfriends cell phone # everyday!  They just hung up on me when I asked them who they were.  There has got to me something that can be done about this!

I just registered my cell phone with National Do Not Call Registry.  It takes up to 31 days for telemarketers to get the list and if after 31 days then you can go back to the National Do Not Call Registry and report them.  It will stop most but not all.

I have been getting calls from these people for about 1 year on my work cell phone number. They hang up when I answer and they cuss me when I ask who are they. These people should be found and paraded through town after being tarred and feathered. They suck!

I have gotten it numerous times, including 10:30 at night.  That is against the law and something needs to be done.

The harrassment calls are a nuisance. I do not know how to kick the a** of these persons who have nothing else but to harass others

Will you please stop the calling. I do not have a car. You people call me all time night and day. Some times four or five times. I keep telling you to stop but you keep right on calling.
