Heavy Indian accent, bad quality VoIP line. Called, wanted to give me some information on business development. Told him we weren't interested. Said he understands my concern, and wants our company information to send us some information on business development.

Maybe "we're not interested" has a different meaning to him.

Called AGAIN (I'm the same commenter as above). Missed the call. Didn't leave a voicemail.

Exactly the same thing here. I've just hung up on him.

Called, let it go to voicemail... No message.

Similar situation - was trying to pitch the web design/development service. He said they are CT company with outsourcing to India.

Same thing. A company that will do web development, online marketing, programming, search engine optimization, etc.

Just got the call from the guy. Hung up on him and he called me right back. Going to mark him as spam in google voice.

They've called me a couple of times to see if I'm interested in outsourcing my software development. They must have harvested my phone number from my domain name registration. I programmed the number into my phone as "India - Ignore"
