I DO NOT KNOW OVER THE PHONE.SHE IS NOT THE FIRST PERSON  TO CALL ME THAT WANTS TO LOWER MY ELECTRIC BILL WHEN I SAY I AM NOT INTERESTED THEY JUST CALL AGAIN AND AGAIN FROM A DIFFERENT LOCATION.WHAT AM I TO DO

203-702-2122 is Discount Power - a telemarketer, real person answers call after their switch pops their marketing screen.   Generally I have found their prices higher per killowatt than Conneticut Light and Power, but check it out yourself.

They call often, ask for us by name, and i tell them nobody by that name lives here

Received numerous calls from Tel:  (203) 702-2122.  We do not want calls from aliens from outer space.
Please put us on your "Do Not Call" list.

They keep calling to "speak to the person who handles the electric bill".  I keep telling them I don't have an electric bill (LOL) but they keep calling anyway.  Very annoying and persistent!

Had 3 calls today if you pick up or let it go to vm it is a scrambled message with bunch
Of different voices saying hello and  calling error phrases such as dial this # then dial your number in the background and is very static ... Prank?

Multipul calls daily from this # for several months...ususally when I am not home. I did pick up call today.Very rude man...on other end asking me to prove to him who I was. He would not say where he was calling from. I hung up.

This number is from Discount Power, a telemarketing scam outfit that would like to relieve you of your cash.
Told woman to purchase Blues albums and take skin flute lessons.

Called here at 12:30, 2/26/13.
Did not recognize number, did not answer.
No message left.

So they called at 730 on a Wednesday night. No message. I don't know a number I just don't answer.  But they better not keep it up.

what does it do to report this in here, it is just for other to read? or it actually help us to find out who is the number from.

Caller calls but does not say anything. No ring, no answer if you try calling back.

Discount Power

Despite being on the national do not call list, I also provided CL&P a written request in April 2012 to be removed from the lists that they provide all of the suppliers (CT is deregulated). However, this has not stopped them - I'm not sure what else to do at this point. CL&P confirms my info hasn't been provided, but the agent said they could get it from other sources. Frustrating.

Me too.  Caller ID says Danbury CT 203-702-2122  4:31PM  02/08.  If they're Discount Power, it's a telemarketer that doesn't check the DO NOT CALL list.  I answered and waited.  Nobody came on the line.  I hung up.

I called the number back it's Discount Power.

They've called 2-3 times a day for the past week.

Same here as well. Called three times in a row today. I reported them(him) to the local cops. They are looking into it as I type this.

Same here, they call, and nothing happens.  No clue as to who or what they are.

They call here at least twice a day, when I pick up they hang up, no one ever says anything.

Keep getting calls from this CT phone number (since late last week). Don't know them, haven't been able to get info on the web for this number, and their information is cited as "Unavailable" on my caller ID. They don't leave a message. Anyone know who these people are?
