Its a scam. His voice was played over our local news here. He even went as far as leaving me a message saying I had a hearing in the Supreme Court of California and I was going to be arrested.

Received a call yesterday from this number. Caller had a very heavy East Indian accent; all I understood was when he said he was with the law department. I told him I couldn't understand him and hung up. This is some ind of scam collection agency grasping at straws. Report them to the Attorney General in the state of Connecticut.

I got the call from Jack Marshall he said me i need to pay $799 & if i will not pay than he will arrest me.
They are scam so please don't pay to them.

His accent was so strong it was hard to decipher,& they have my SSN and said he is going to put legal action against me if I don't call back!
