Caller ID says CT AMVETS, highly suspicious.  I certainly don't respond to any of these calls for anything.

They called again, this time I answered the phone, told the guy not to call here anymore and hung up.  2 weeks later on 9-21-13 they called again anyway.  Guess they don't know the meaning of don't call here..

CT Amvets has been calling here for years, I tell them to mail something, I don't pledge anything for anyone over the phone.  I googled this tonight, 9-5-13 and found some info about CT Amvets:

Same thing; we get calls on the weekends, only showing "CT AM Vets" on CID. No message,

caller ID has it as CTAMVETS.

received a call at the Law Offices. . . the gentleman first said "Mrs. Wallace" and I said no this is the Law Office of . . . can I take a message please?".  he said Mr. Wallace isn't in? and I responded "No can I take a message please?" and he said no, we'll call another time.

I said you are making an unsolicited phone call to a LAW OFFICE, please do not do so again or we shall have to file a complaint"

and the guy (who was rude from the start) said F You and hung up.  When I called back, the call immediately went to the voicemail of "The Fundraisers for Connecticut Am-Vets".  even tho it asked me to leave a message with a phone number, I told him we'd be filing a complaint with the FTC and hung up.  

they have called six times since (on caller ID as Waterbury, CT".  and a log is being submitted

Not that I'm against Vets or anything, but if you want to solicit donations, you need to be nicer!

I am amazed that these idiots keep calling. I never pick up calls from number i have checked as scammers or just not important. I will, just listen to eventual voicemail. If not a voicemail, it can be only be a call from scammers , beggers or just nuisance.. But just let them ring.

3-27-13 caller I.D.  "203-818-7992 Waterbury CT"; have received call previously from this #; rings four times and disconnects ... who are you, what do you want ... stop calling ... we don't want it, don't need it...just stop calling ... annoying.

Call constantly.  I.D reads, "waterbury Ct.". Scammers.

Keep getting calls from 203 819-7992, only music then hangup.....

Same number as above. Caller ID says CT. Am.Vets. Didn't answer. These scammers are always looking for new ways to entrap you.

Wish someone out there can and should call Them at all hours of the day and night.!!
