I received a call from this number person stayed on phone never said anything and then ginky hung up.  Scared me because my children live in ct and I thought someone was trying to reach me.  Very annoying.

I got a call today & returned the number from a different line & they told me that it was Pinacle Financial & asked for me by my first name & maiden name, I have also seen this name on my credit report so I am uncertain if it is real or a scam.

Message left goes something like this: This message is for..., if you are not ... please hang up. If you are listening to this message then you are agreeing that you are ..." and so on stating they are attempting to collect a debt. Is this LEGAL?

These people call every day. I don't know who they are and I never answer their call, and they never leave a message.

if they are looking for some one eles they will take you off of there call list as soon asyou talk to them even if you wont give them your ssn because they will ask for it time and time again but have not been called back since i got in touch with them

I turned this matter over to my phone company because it is their job to give me a clean phone number.  And all of these calls coming from collection agencies belong to prior owners of this number and are not mine.  When the phone company called them and provided proof that I was not the person they were looking for, the calls stopped................  No more calls from sites like this one...........  try it, you have a right to not be bothered by this type of calls, and your phone company should take care of it at no charge to you.  If they don't, find another company and get a new number..............

Reveived a call from this number twice in the past half hour.  i picked up and it was a computered voice asking for a person who is not this number.  it said if I was this person to press (1) and if not to press (2) and hange up.  Well I failed at doing both of them and it disconnected on me.  I put them on call block so I do not have to deal with them.  Idiots.
