this person has called twice in the last week but when I answered it there was no one there

This number calls me all the time as well and never leaves a message.  When I dialed it back, I got the voicemail of the Conservative Party of Canada!
Stephen Harper... stop the harassment!  I ain't answering!

I recd a call from this phone number (older woman on the line).... she asked to speak with my father...  when i said he had passed away 10 years ago on aug 28 she hung up.  I looked up the phone number on 411.ca/whitepages.ca and it came up with a Rogers cell phone based out of Altona MB.  I called the phone number back and got the same thing as 'Sparky'... voice msg asking to leave a msg for conservative party of canada.  wouldn't ppl like this have updated list... or something more recent.... thats pretty messed up I think.

Got a called from this # the other night, it was a man with foreign language...didn't understand who he wanted to talk to, so I said wrong #, but he called back today on Sunday, and the wife didn't answer as she was on the other line.  

This is pretty strange, and I'm sure that it's not the PC party as it's Sunday, and we all know that the goverment doesn't work on Sundays...lol

I've had a call from 204 216 0028 four times in the past month.  They never leave a message when the answering machine kicks in.  My call display show in apostrophes "2042160028" followed by the number 13001867734.

this number called me today and they hang up without leaving a message....if you want something then leave a message! do ppl not kno wht an answering machine is used for anymore!

this is just strange... person at this number called my neighbour asking for me and then my wife... wanted to know where we lived. Very creepy.

received phone call from this number at920PM.  Did not answer call but phoned back and received a recorded message From Conservative party of Canada. Left message that I am on DO NOT CALL LIST, AND DID NOT WANT ANY MORE CALLS , or would lodge Complaint.

Constant calling I Never answered ,after reading the previous posts I blocked the number.Good Ole White pages. :-)

I received a call from this phone# and a woman asked to speak with my father, who has passed 10 years ago Aug 28. When I said that he passed away 10 years ago almost to date the older woman hung up. I did a white pages search and found out that it was a Rogers cell number based out of Altona MB. I called the phone# back and a it was a womans voice saying "you have reached the conservative party of canada, please leave a message after the tone".  That seems a bit odd as my phone# has never been under my fathers name, nobody has every called to ask to speak with him in the past 9 years, and why wouldn't this conservative party of canada have an updated list of ppl to contact.  10 years ago.... come on now, and to hang up on a person once they say this person has passed.  At least this older woman could have said "sorry about that" or "sorry to bother you, thanks for you time, bye".  I dont know, it seemed a bit odd to me thats all.

I now have a little more information. I have now gotten a call 4 more times in the last 2 days from this number. The first three times they did not leave a message. The last time, it was a woman's voice asking for me by name, not realizing she was speaking to an answering machine. Caller ID still shows 'unknown'

Sorry that I have no real information other than to say I have gotten calls from this number a few times. I did not recognize the number, so I let my answering machine take the call and the caller did not leave a message.

This number has called my house six or seven times in the last few days. Its a rogers wireless number based in Altona, Manitoba. I returned the call and the message says its the Conservative Party of Canada and to leave a message. I doubt that a national politcal party would be using a small town cell number for their voice mail.

this number has called 3 times in one day, for the last 3 days
have never answered this call, now that I know will never answer it.

multiple calls heavy breathing,return call and dialing number got a not working line,suggests a multi number system,call center type, 204 is a manitoba canada area code, ,w.a density of call centers.
