Got a call after 4pm from 204-318-6636, my answering message kicked in, but they never left a msg... they hung up after a few seconds... I guess waiting for me to pick up, which I never did end up doing.

Got a call from 506 804 1046 doing a survey on recycling.  Gave him a load of crap including the name Larry.  He said I would be eligible for a prize.  Was expecting this call.  It took too long for the person to respond after I answered the phone, so I hung up.  

I would suggest this is a scam of sorts.

Recorded message saying I had won a prize for participating in internet survey. I had not participated in a survey.
