I got a call from them this week, and they did not leave a message. But I have call display so I called them back and the "operator" informed me that "this numbet is not assigned". So...go figure...you can't win...I'm on the national DNC list also!!!

Tips:
-STEP 1: Get a long distance provider like Tel 3 Advantage or Yak, some numbers are long distance or place a collect call.
-STEP 2: Call the person or company.
-STEP 3: Apply the National Do Not Call for your phone number (fcc.gov / crtc.gc.ca , if needed).
-STEP 4: File a CRTC Canada or FCC (fcc.gov / crtc.gc.ca) complaint under contact us (if needed).
-STEP 5: File a police report (if needed).
-STEP 6: Call blocking (if needed).

Just received a call from this number. I didn't answer it but when I called back a recording came up stating that the number is not assigned.

Number traced to Neepawa, MB.
According to other users, same person at 306-946-8600 from Regina, SK and Actually from Brandon, MB. Can't confirm it.

May 07/1. 1:03 pm. Brandon/Winnipeg, MB. Recording about my credit card statement. Pressed # key and hung up. Also received same call 9:28 am from 306-946-8600 from Regina, SK.
