I just got a call from this number also, I'm in Colorado its almost 2 in the morning, I mapped it its from Dora Alabama, and when I called it back it just rang and rang, no answer no message. strange.

We got the same message as described by Ron. I think the caller is a criminal, and is begging to get caught before he really does harm to someone

This phone number appeared on my home phone service hand set after the party had called @4:55am(probably an automatic dialer). When I dialed the number back later in the am, I received the following message:
I'm a douchbag;
I called you in the middle of the night;
I dare you to call the police.
I don't know about anyone else, but I consider that a THREAT!!
I was able to find out the name of the source call from the White Pages lookup; it was a "business" phone.
