When I answer no response.  This is the second call received from this number.

Yes it is VERY annoying!! I have been called several times a day with different numbers using the 313 prefix.What could possibly be their purpose if they keep calling and hanging up?Someone sure has a lot of time on their hands huh?

I've gotten this call periodically and they just hung up.  I think it may be a robocall to determine whether they've reached a live line so they can call later with the expectation of making a pitch.

I got the call again today and, of course, the same result.  As I am on OOMA, I promptly added this number to my BLACKLIST, so I won't be receiving any further calls from the number.  I also flagged it as a ROBOCALL, so there's a good chance that the number will be blocked nationally on all OOMA telephone systems.

Called, said nothing. 1:44 p.m. on a Sunday afternoon is a strange time to call.

I was called by this number at 1:25 p.m. and the male voice said hello is this Mrs.____ then he hung up.

Same as below -- no one answered, hung up within a couple seconds.

I answered after two rings with "hello" - no response and the caller hung up after less than two seconds (probably less than one second, but we'll go with two for the sake of accuracy).  
I called back and received the same note about "special phone" or whatever...

Called my house at 9:00 p.m. and said nothing.

received call today at 3:24. heard male voice say hello before I even answered then nothing more. I just hung up. Is there any way to find out who is calling and why?

They called here also today. Would not talk and hung up, so I called the number back and the recording said that they could not take calls. SO ANNOYING!!!!!!!! If you can't speak then DO NOT CALL HERE!!!!!

Got a call from 205-313-1082 today 6:30pm I answered said hello and could hear people in the background and said hello again and the caller hung up on me. I immediately called it back from my land line and cell phone and got the same message> " this number cannot be reached from a special number" I dont have a special number. The next time this number calls here I am gona click the fax line on and let them get an ear full of the fax tone LOL.

I wish they would stop calling me.

They call and hang up.  When I try to call back it said it can't be reached by this special phone.
