Got the call today on cell.  Same Public Service Annoucement.... blah blah blah.

Unsolicited robocall to my cellphone, offering to lower my insurance rates.

Received a call from this number today. Same as listed by Neena above...

"Received call (recording) stating that this was a Public Service Announcement!  Then it proceeds to tell me I'm paying too much for my car insurance, based on DMV records."

I returned the call and received the same message. Press 1 to be connected to a live person, press 3 to receive no more calls.

I don't understand how that could happen.  After all,  the DNC  has people who monitor each and every one of the over 500 million personal phones in the US,   and each and every one of the over 1 billion 500 million +/-  calls made and received each day.  They monitor,  screen and  block each and every individual unwanted call or let them pass according to that list of acceptable and unacceptable callers that you gave them when you signed up on the DNC Registry.   There is no excuse for the DNC not to know which calls we do or do not want,   and then wave that magic wan that block them.

Just got a call from this number on my cell phone, which is on the Do Not Call Registry.    I do not answer if I do not recognize the number and therer was no message, so it must not be important.

I think the Do Not Call Registry is a joke - I am continually getting 'spam' phone calls on my cell and on my land line.    It's ridiculous!

Got a call from this number today. Didn't leave a message. I'm going to assume it's a telemarketing call.

Also received a call from this number on my cell today, which has been registered with the DNC list since January.  I have a habit of not answering unknown numbers, figuring that if it's a legitimate call & its important, they'll leave a message.  If not, I've got no incentive to talk to them anyway.

In this case, no voicemail was left, so I can't confirm it was a telemarketer, but I have a strong suspicion that it was.

got a call on my cell from this number.  but i didn't answer b/c i don't answer calls on my cell if i don't know who they are from (if it's important they'll leave a vm).  glad i didn't answer.

Received call (recording) stating that this was a Public Service Announcement!  Then it proceeds to tell me I'm paying too much for my car insurance, based on DMV records.  Whoever this is should be fined megabucks!  I would NEVER buy insurance from such a company.  And, btw, this is my CELL PHONE, listed on the Do Not Call Registry, that they're calling.

"...lower my auto insurance rates". numerous complaints on internet.  this is 1st robocall to my cellphone from this new number.  of the hundreds of robocalls that i've received, this is one of a very few that allowed me to press '3' to be taken off their call list. we'll see.  will file a complaint at https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

I've recieved a call from this number as well earlier when I tried to call it back it said that the number wasnt in service
